Stone so cute, he ask me if i'm giving them presents this xmas. He mention to know if i'm giving, so he will buy back to exchange. Haiz.. its just a token lo.. not a must to exchange.

Amanda lagi cute. She told us that this year, she's going to hang up her xmas socks again to see if theres any surprise again. :D

Its never too old to celebrate xmas.. Any age can receive presents.. Mm.. Should i also put up a xmas socks in office & at home to see if i will get any surprise ?? :D

Time to keep fit... Finally got my sport shoe today. Went to Suntec Royal Sporting House to get it as heard they're having great sales.. mm.. ok lah.. almost 50% .. not bad lo.

Hv to start planning my fitness... tummy trim.... thigh slimming... arghh!!!

My 1st L/X !!

I've been wanted to try out the L/X cream but due to budget i did not get it. Well lucky enough, this mth theres promo.. ^^!! I got my 1st mini L/X version.. hehe.. yea !!



Wanted to get the spa collection to pamper myself for xmas but.. yea.. hand too slow. Its OOS now.. hv to wait for back order liaoz.. :S

New Shoe Again ? Not Again !!!

I've been buying shoes lately.. before is for work, then for function, now is meant for my foot. Argh.. spend too much on shoes.. not again!!!

In my last blog, i've mention that i've blisters on my leg. All my shoes have to be kept nicely in the shoe cabinet from that day and i've been wearing this pedal works slippers since then to work. Yesterday, i've found that the base is going off & i should get a new slipper or maybe a pair of shoes that does not hurt my wound. As i've to bring the joss-sticks & box of cake home to mum's house, i decided to get the shoe from TBP.

I went to pedal works & ask for a same pair of slippers but no more sizes.. I ask for another pair which similar to the slipper & no colour.. :S No choice, i went to another shop. guess what, i saw a pair. Yes, i got it.. but not the colour i want.. but still ok as its brown, easy matching.. whats great is it wont hurt my would & its not slipper.. At least, i still can wear to work rather than wearing slippers.

This salesgirl is from china. Guess her rank is higher than the other. As understand that china ppl tends to speak abit louder than usual, but their tone is unacceptable to me. I feel like being shouted or they're not happy etc. I ask her do i can still get a member price if i did not bring the card. She mention she can't check for me now as the system is down. " 有点鸡同鸭讲 " !! I just want to know if i still get the discount & she keep one telling me that with tone rising.. :S There i'm offended & i feel that she might not understand what i want. So i raise my tone abit to match hers & elaborate what im referring. There, her tone softer & ask me if i really have the card. I told her, i can bring down this weekend to show you if you want. There she pass me a paper to write down my name & details & she give me the discounted price. Its not the member price that i'm fighting for, its just 10% which is not alot or great... If she gives a nicer tone of reply , i can accept & forget abt asking the 10% member discount. Its the attitude / tone that i don't like which makes me fight for my rights.

Whats so great of being the head.. you can see the way she command her so call staff "an auntie" is so rude. You're a junior in age.. you should at least give some "face" or respect to the elders despite you're the head of the dept. Moreover, its seasonal sale which the shop is with rather pack with shoppers.

Is this signs of diff generation compare to the last ??

One Day Tour Guide

Went to sungei ringgit with hby & his colleagues yesterday .. all the so call "uncles & aunties".. its so surprising that they're so cheerful.. they have been joking all the way from sin to msia & back to sin. They've brought up my mood..

We went to the herbs farm where they've been going. Unluckily, one of the uncle went to chop the coconut & ended hurting his own finger.. luckily, its only a minor cut. We brought them to the mango farm & temple where we use to go..

Thereafter, we went for our lunch at the restaurant. There is this old uncle at the next table looking at us & there he starts the hoo-hars.. Ya, he is drunk.. really drunk.. going around wanted to shake hands with the uncles.. mm.. the boss of the restaurant got a cab ( ops.. a lady driver orh ) to fetch him away.. guess he had been sent home.

Time is passing real slow at this moment.. when i saw an uncle at next table.. he resembles a hong kong old celeb very much.. which reminds me of dad, the use to be fit dad. :'(

Our last destination is to JB for our abalone noodle soup. Thereafter, they went to purchase pkts of bundles of "joss-sticks" .. mm.. rather odd as they purchase it from there. Maybe to them, its cheaper ? Or maybe it doesn't sell in sin ?

Our day ended with a stink & tired body... being a one day tour guide is nothing great.. but going out with these cheerful uncles are a real enjoyment.. !!

SS & JH Banquet

This mth is a real busy mth.. its not easy being a helper. Finally, the busy days are over.. The time arrangements are rather bad i can say on that day. Rushing here & there.. but luckily, we're able to make it & yea just in time... its the other side thats late.. mm... we thought we're the one.

Well, we're currently waiting for the photos to be back.. wahahaha.. stay tune !!

Blisters

All thks to the new shoe that i bought for work. My leg now with blister & can't even wear any shoe as i've done something "clever" as to cut away the skin after said blister had burst !!! :(

Few days more & theres a function.. how am i gonna recover for this ? I've been wearing slippers for work this week.. Don't tell me that i've to wear slippers to the function ??? Arghhh!!!

As espected.. This birthday is not a really happy or relax one.

Maggie Mee for BF, went to get some towels with hby & mil. Thereafter we headed to hong lim foodstall for laksa.. bloat.. my tummy bloated.. so uncomfort. Guess its the rush on the food. Day spoilt. Went home to rest.. On my pc & starts with the hkg drama serie. Dinner time & there back home..

This is my birthday celebration ? Haiz.. another year went over just like that .... ~~ =.= ~~

Public Holiday ?

Went shopping with fil, sil & hby to get their pants.. thereafter, we headed to c c lk lk for some stuffs but yet , no luck. Thats dunno how long since i last really step to orchard. Its still as crowded or should say as crowded as before due to the new shopping malls.. :S

Reach home earlier to prepare for upcoming dinner with hbys cousins at ABC market. This round the food that we have is not so nice.. mm.. better choose another stall next time. But yea, my fried hokkien mee from the old uncle is still as good. Thumps up. :) :P

New Records

I actually work late till 9 plus yesterday.. its really a time challenge day. After so many days of late work, i decided to put my birthday at rest. But before i can, i've to settle all things, all outstandings.. these lead to the late working hours..

Reaching hope dead beat but after still i feel comfort when i see my bed & my "zoom" pillow haha.. yea.. finally can rest for 2 days continuously.. i need a very good rest & sleep to re-charge my battery.

Finally its back to our turn. Our living rm wall.. cleaning, vacuum & repainting.. mm.. tough job.. so much hairs, webs, dirts.. shits.. haiz.. & yea.. after all done.. it looks erm.. the same hoh. :D



Doesn't really makes any diff to me on the colour but ya.. its rather cleaner now i can say.. :P

Tired Deepavali

This holiday is a tired one. We wake up in the morning & went for our breakfast. Thereafter, starts packing.. sorting.. Around noon, we headed to ABC for our lunch. Thereafter, went to search for our wall colour.. mm... yea.. thats a tired one.. The shop we use to purchase was close for holiday, we headed to Ikea for a try & yea.. shop already close down don't know how long haha.. So we headed opposite & yea.. finally found a shop thats open & have what we wanted.. Paid a bit more just for the sake of nice colour.. mm...

See how lousy the contractor is ... only 1 layer of paint up the ceiling. If you happen to see the same thing after you tear off the masking tape, it means the contractor 偷工减料 lo !!! We've to do another touch up to finish the ugly holes.. Of cos.. that will be the guy job haha..

Tadar!! this is the new look.. erm.. still as messy but at least nicer than before.. i mean that piece of wall.. haha

Its a damn tired day.. to my surprise, i actually slept at 2pm .. break my record.. eyes closing but yet still have to do all the cleaning.. you know.. the black foot prints which is unseen when we step here & there from the papers during painting..

By the time i touch my bed.. my legs are numb.. my body aching..what a good rest with no feelings at all, the immune body ....

The Never Ending Tasks

Hv been real busy like a bee.. like ants.. like... speechless. Jobs keep coming in.. ending this :

Pile of documents yet to be file.. kaoz..! After thereafter filing.. turns to this untouch .. arghh...!!

Gosh!!!.. when can i finish filing ??? Even invoicing is such a vex.. when you hardly got time to finish up the current ones.. new ones came piling.. :S .. all the never ending jobs... how to clear my leave ??? ....haiz....

木瓜探险记

We wake up @ 5.45am today.. Gosh.. its sunday!!! When others are sleeping soundly at home on their bed, we've to drag ourself out from bed... :S

Wash up, prepared & went down to mil's house to gather ourselfs.. yes, going back to msia.. what else ? The bus is here & we boarded. Went to JB for breakfast & to temple straight after to proceed for our 1st tasks...

The temple had started building.. looks huge & big.... partial items arrive.. look how beautiful :


Next, we went to visit grandpa.. . When one is old, sickness came one by one.. Bil will be getting married soon & ask grandpa to come to sin for tea ceremony. When we hear his reply, everyone's mood turn to sour...

Our trip haven't end. We headed for our lunch at one of the restaurant whom my mum knows. Thereafter, headed to get our "奇珍异宝".. theres a total of 11 of us including the driver searching our way on board the mini bus looking for papaya.. :S.. what a "special" day.. Shifu mention that "male" papaya can treat "尿酸" & migraine. Its said not to be eaten but only drink the tonic after boiling with other "stuffs".. Ok.. here we are searching our way from sungei ringgit down to kota tinggi... wa kaoz... so many trees... shifu only told us that theres only one tree itself in between of the fields. First try was a miss. We call shifu up & get his instruction to U-turn the bus backwards & re-search... Luckily, we've got a dragon eye... caught it & driver stops the bus. Hby & bil went down to take a look... after some time, we didn't see them coming back.. yet, mil & aunt went down also.. they found this tree.. manage to get some from there. Its not fun cos, they've got bitten.. its not mosquitoes but ants!!

We finally got our "papaya"!.. then we went to get our dinner before heading home.

And, our dinner is ... Tadar !!

Oh.. how to be 粗茶淡饭 leh ? Reaching home around 7 plus.. thats early but yet, after dinner & wash up its already coming to 9pm.. household chores piling.. I'm damn tired.. whole week work & work.. not enough rest.. Coming holiday will be worst i guess.. time is running near.. we're gonna be very busy. When can i really have a good rest ? .... :(

Tired Saturday

Today is not my working day.. but still i've to come back for work. So tiring... Went to mums house & thereafter gotta rush back home to see shifu..

I've been hearing alot of unnecessary voices or sounds lately. I ask shifu & he told me that i've think too much.. "你想太多了" thats what he say to me.. then he follow with 3 words : "放轻松" ~~
Meaning my mind had been working even though i shouldn't be.. :( Too tense ... why ? work ? family ? Am i going crazy soon ? Choy..!!

I'm so tired but still gotta pull my eyes up to stay there till we finish our stuffs... :S What a damn tired day !!!! :(

Portuguese Egg Tart

Don't have to go all the way to portuguese to get it.. its sold at macau too.. a morning dessert ? Sil went macau earlier with her parents.. well.. they say macau is very beautiful that we should make a trip there.. erm.. what abt for those not interested in gambling ?

Its found in our stomach after our breakfast.. what a waste haha.. :P

Nasi @ West Coast

Hby got us the so call "famous nasi lemak" from west coast which he heard earlier since he have free lift home from his colleagues. He mention that its a malay halah stall which they've got alot of choices besides those usual types ..

Food wise, i thk it depends on individual.. to me, the otah is ok., egg is perfect as i like half boil but not putting in this a manner cos it really make one looses their appetite, right ? Well, the teriyaki chkn is "so so".. the chkn wing to me is not that good .. looses to the the stall at TP. But since its a malay stall, thk you guys should know that the price is not that cheap lo.. this pack itself already cost over S$4... but consider reasonable cos of the teriyaki chkn as you know there ain't much stalls having such choices.. Well, but one thing for sure.. the rice portion is huge .. :P

Geylang

The BBQ steamboat that we have for dinner. Too busy eating so only got time to take the pics of our "leftovers".. ops.. haha...



Recommended by bil.. but still its "So So" after we tried.. the ginseng soup steamboat is salty... not as expected.. same goes to the tomyam soup.. :S

Bil brought us go round the "红灯区" .. thats the first time i really walk thru the lanes of geylang. You can see the different country of origin from there.. from china to vietnam to "indians".. from the clothings of decent to the daring style.. you get to hear guys asking for prices from 'them'.. you also get to see guys walking in / out of the "units".. thk they're having their choices or "QCing".. hmm...

Bil also mention that theres lots of stalls with nice foods around there.. well.. maybe we shall try other foods intead of steamboats next time if we happen to go there again .. :P

A surprise fm mum.. haha.. sharing her goodies with me.. muacks... can't remember how long ago i hv this .. mm.. guess i should learn fm her to get the promo chkn essence so that can have this free stuffs hehe
