I'm glad that i've run through some websites as it helps me understand more on menstrual cramps and how we can help to reduce it. As a woman, i understand how hard it is to have a period without any complications & now we have to deal with cramps.
I know that a healthy diet are one of the remedies which will help to ease. Eg: plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables & plenty of water. Cutting down dairy intake can reduce period pain for some.
