Was away to pay a visit to my mum on the 2nd day of CNY, we start with breakfast at McDonalds.. before i start, i'll like some opinion fm you gals..
What would you do if you can't find any place to sit ? Stand beside a table where you see that the ppl is almost finishing ? Snatch a table whereby you see ppl standing up about to go even though there's ppl standing ? Do you book the sit yrself, with tissues or ask yr kids to do it ?
Guess what i do ? Snatch ? Nah.. of cos not.. It so happen that while we're queuing for food, there's a table that the ppl was abt to leave. The cleaner went there to clear the table & i was standing beside it. There here comes a kid. An educated kid whom is abt 7 to 8 yrs old i thk. He started running towards our table & standing there shouting "auntie, is this sit ok ? Its empty".. hey there.. can't u see that i'm there ? am i invisible ?
Ya, its ok that i can let you have a sit. But no way.. as the auntie give a very bad remark "Aiyo.. seeing kids & still dare to snatch the sit. No manners".. my hubby was so fume. Who is no manners ? we ? no.. its yr kid. If you need a table & smart enough, you shouldn't be asking kids to look for it. You should look for it & ask the kid to sit there & wait for you.
Its 2nd day of new year, so i decided not to pick up a quarrel with the auntie. Instead we uses action by occupying the sit & let her know that we are not in the wrong. If she dont give this remark, maybe we will let the kid sit on that place. What A New Year !!!
