Chinese physician ask me to eat lesser rice or even no rice if possible. Rice is sweet.. as mention by the chinese physician, it will ended gals with virginal trash to be worsen which will lead to smelly discharge. Yes, i've a record of virginal trash last time so its a reminder by her to me.
As I'm a chocolate lover, sweet stuffs is my always my favourite bites during tv shows & freetimes...maybe thats how it ended with. Now i can't eat milk chocolate but dark chocolate, no rice but noodles.. maybe thats anyother way of healthy lifestyle, eat more veg & meat bah.. hehe.. orange & apple & alot of fruits will be out for me. Sweet stuffs hv to be cut down with immediate effect.. arrhh.. my chocolates !!!! :S
