Its never too late to learn something.. Bil happen to self-dismantle the aircon in his room the other day & he successfully clear the jelly like rubbish from the inner tube. I decided to learn this skill from him. Although we're not pro but at least we can just clean our own aircon without having to pay for the normal aircon servicing which we can actually DIY. Of course, if you need a thorough cleaning, chemical wash is a must.
Its always easier to say / see than to DIY. I see how he did it.. looks fine.. looks easy.. when come to my practical.. erm.. yea its really "easy". Just need to take note of where the wires / pipes / screws , which to clean, which not to & etc.. mm.. better go for courses haha..
Ok.. we successfully clear our 3 aircons.. but yea.. we can't do it elsewhere cos not all models / types of aircons are the same. But i believe, if others can do it, so can you. You'll never know it till you try.... :P
