Its tough operating a company. Its even tougher working in as a OWS. Well, i've tried since im with my previous company when we're short-handed. Tasks piling / pending. Everyone chasing. Somehow you still have to finsih the task given & complete it in time.
Current company is a complete OWS when i decided to join earlier. Working in a different environment, cool start till now, additional ops staff. How i wish juniors will be OMS one day too when im not around.
Big impact came when we heard of some changes in the management. Be it which management, i'm just an employee working in the company & just someone holding salary. As long as i done my job, my part is there. As long as you pay me what i'm deserve, i'm fine with anything.
Do not take things for granted... Thats what i always tell ppl. When its time, its time.. just a matter of when. Im striving hard, hope to get my bank a/c growing, hope to make my life better, hope to clear my bills thoroughly... hope to hv enough to give to 3 families... haiz.. and yes, thats "SINGAPORE" some place where no $$ no talk..
Oh.. from jobs to money issues.. see, old liao.. subject can change so fast.. haha.. lolx.. !! Anyway, life still have to carry on.. Gambade me !!!
