Having cough for past few weeks, seeking both western & chinese physician. Till now the cough still hasn't go off. Although its subsiding but due to the current hazy weather, my cough still stick to me at times.
Not sure is it overwork, my cough nearly came back as soon as i step in the office to my workstation. I do not cough much during lunch , at home or even afew steps away from my workstation.
Tried a few cough syrup, losenges but not much help. My throat just couldn't listen to my command. Hazy weather had left a few mask in my drawers. With help of it, i got a better breathing space & work smoothly without much coughing interruption. But with this mask on, the uncomfortable side is the breathing space constraint. I suddenly remember my glister mouthspray. Something that i use to sooth my sore thoat & i start using it.
Though it does not last very long but at least i do not have to put on the mask & i do not have much cough interruption during work. The cooling effect helps to sooth the itch in my throat.
Glister mouthspray - my all times little saving kit staying in my bag, staying along with me to whereever i go !!!!....... :P
