My floorings done half way thru... What do you think ?



This is my living room lightings.. the tubes can be tilt to different angles.. The sales person mention its a new design.. but i thk i saw it somewhere before.. anyway.. as long as its useful is good enough.. Follow from towards the right is my corridor lighting, bomb shelter lighting, master bedrm entry lighting & kitchen lightings .. its not very clear cos i've taken it at night.. maybe some day when i go in the daytime will take it again... if i'm free lah.. haha..



This is my three bedrooms lightings.. not very clear when i taken it with lights on.. so trying to get it bright for you to c. Guess still not very clear huh.. haiz...



My cupboards will only be up when the flooring is done. Sames goes for my colourings.. so stay tune.. shall update again once up.. Cheers !! :( Tired me..

Upgrade?

Sometimes its good to upgrade yrself.. I've just paid for a higher price to get a bigger flat.. (Being Force To Due To Old Flat Enbloc).. Well, maybe its good ? Well, really lots of issue to settle. After getting the keys.. here we are to solve the 1st issue.. Given a "BAD" main door. Look at the paint.. Its dropping..


I've called HDB whom divert me to one of their contracter.. guess what.. its been coming to 3 wks since i last call & no action had been taken.

We've decided to hack the wall between living room & kitchen due to the small living room that we've seen. You'll see a open concept kitchen cum living room when the job is done. Kind of funny but yet nice & spacious after that i guess. With this hacking.. it almost cost us more than a "K" just to get the application permit & ppl to view the hacking.. kaoz.. what a "HDB" !!!

Snooke ~~

Snooke.. is a singlish that ppl normally use. Guess lots of you know what it means.. Have you been "SNOOKE" by anyone ? I just got it today. Got it fm someone i've known quite long & its a really unexpected one. It will really be hard for me to forget what she had said. The words that i've got it fm her. the facial expression that i saw, the reply i have & the tone that came fm her. Its a sad thing to say that makes me deeply hurt & sad. Its not petty .. just that i've a very stubborn character. I dont like ppl to blame me for nothing.. blame me if i've done wrong but not in this manner or not when i've done nothing wrong. Its just a small issue & yet we can get such a remark.. :S...

You need two hands to clap. . . so never ask WHY !! Count yrself unlucky to put yrself in such a shoe. Just bare in mind.. never ask for help from anyone if you ever needs.. Now i understand why other ppl always tell me must "靠自己" cos 靠自己最好 !!!

Spoon Feeding

Have you tried spoon feeding other people ? I've done it few days ago .. no.. its a few years i guess.. Its not petty but its initiative to act or try by oneself & not waiting for others to spoon feed you. I trust everyone.. i dont rely on people but if i really need i'll at least ask & try out myself. Not waiting for ppl to tell me or etc. Especially when its an urgent case.

When you are hungry, you'll want to take some food.. do you sit & wait for ppl to spoon feed you or will you move to use the spoon & feed yourself ? You may die of hunger if you dont help yourself.. I dont know what others thinks but i'm really very disappointed.. Rely on someone is not a solution. If everyone does that including me.. who will solve the problem ? no ones.. This makes me so sad, so disappointed. I"m not there to clear rubbish, to find solution to throw away the rubbish.. but to monitor it. I'm not a chute.. "COMON !! IM NOT A RUBBISH CHUTE !!!! " Its ok to be chute for one or twice but not always.. The best, dont test one's patient, especially "ME" !!!!.

Coincidence !

So coincidence.. the three of us wears the same colour. So we decided to take a photo..hehe.. Do we look alike ?

Went to Harbour shop for shoes.. but ended back empty handed. Guess what.. we walk & walk & ended at Vivo instead.. yes.. lots of shops but dont know where to start again. Lots of shoes but dont know which to buy cos its ex lol...

Went for a bad lunch.. the waitress do not seem to welcome us.. not sure whether is it becos its their rest time or what.. as we went there at around 2plus. Last order ends at 3pm. Its "Crystal Jade".. Maybe we went at the wrong timing its ok.. i can understand.. But next, we went in for our lunch.. no smiles , no greetings just ask whether we've made our order & left.. No napkins etc.. maybe lunch dont provide.. its ok.. Foods serving started fast & ended fast.. Plates / bowls cleared fast.. its like chasing us to go.. nvm.. maybe we've finish so its their job.. Bill come fast now.. telling us that their counter is closing.. its ok.. i pay. Lastly.. i finally saw smiles from the waitresses & some response from them.. "Thanks & Gd Bye!" is what i heard.. Isn't it sad ? I mean, they dont seem to welcome us when we step in but they seems so happy when we've finish & intend to leave ? What sort of restaurant is this ? or is it just becos that china ppl is like this ? or is it their character which cannot be change ? Comeon.. they're in servicing line.. Even if you're not happy.. do it when the customer is away & not in front of them !.. Thats not the way !!! Never !!!.

I thought it comes with tiles but not.. :( only toilet & kitchen comes with it.. this is what it looks like.. haiz...

Yes Or No ???

Will you lend a helping hand if you meet a middle age man at his 50s whom is dirty & pushing a trolley with bags & plastics but speaks english to you asking for help ?

I met one today. This man called me & when i want to walk pass him, he seems to be sad & say i need yr help & acts like crying.. I stop my way & walk back to him asking how can i help. He starts to talk in english to me.. telling me that his wife left him etc.. mention just now there's a man whom like to help him but dont have small notes.. he mention that he need help at least to buy a bread to survive for him till he reach home.

Will you help him if you were me ? So sorry that i wont.. i told him sorry & left him alone there.. guess he will ask for some other ppls' help. Its not that i dont show any sympathy.. Look ! if u need help, will you wear polo T ? Although he looks dirty & mouth full of decay tooth but why dont find a better job if you are an educated man ? Speaks english ???

Maybe you'll find me a bit selfish on not to even lend a cent to him but to me i really feel that he do not worth me helping.. or maybe i'm wrong ?? Well, thats life.. if you want ppl to help, talk nicely & not talk half way & smile.. whats that ? You wan sympathy / help or a casual chat ?

Funny ??

Been to vivo with hubby to change his mobile due to faulty set received upon purchase. I discover a very funny toilet design.. see how big this place is. . you should know where it is.. ya its the toilet at harbour front.. The designer did not fully utilize the space.. this is what i think.. maybe he / she knows that there might not be alot of ppl shop at HF ? mm... curiousity comes...

A Lesson

We use to place coins on table during our breakfast at coffee shops to prepare for payments. Today i learn a lesson. I've bring out a total of SGD 2.60 for coffee + tea + egg. I forgot to order for the egg but i've place all the total sum on the table. The boss came with our drinks & so happy when she found the coins lying as to a coffee stall, coins are very important to them. She took all the SGD 2.60 without asking further & neither did i stop her. Out of sudden, i realise that i've forgotted to inform her of the "eggs" that we're supporse to order. My hubby told me that just treat it as a lesson as the stall boss might not recall whether she took SGD 1.60 or SGD 2.60 from us. Well, yes, we re-order the "eggs" & paid for another SGD 1 for it. Wow.. its the most expensive "EGGS" that i've ate. SGD 1 for one egg. !!!

So Warm & Sweet...

Its so heart warming today.. got so many sms of greetings from friends, buddies, colleagues & even lost touch classmates & customers.. haha.. cool isn't it..

An unexpected day where i get a cake from someone whom are so close to me... never expected it..



Next is the present that i've receive long before but yet to open.. whoo.. cool isn't it.. theres words engrave on it but its for me to know & for you to find out .. hahaha..

Happening Year

Its a bad year for us i guess.. everybody seems to be influence by the sickness that leads to hospitalization one by one.. Firstly is my love ones seeking doctor for help to stop bleeding.. next heading to hospital twice for a fever subside. Follow by another with a gastric / intestine pro that lies in hospital for a couple of days.. another with fibroid & now follow by a so call "heart attack".. People says that its a bad year this year & i do not really agreed.. but now i do.. Some even say that its a very bad year for people who born in year of snake..

Although so much has happen.. i guess its ending soon.. hope for a better year ahead. A happy & healthy year ... friends say it might be some kind of 应祸得副 !!! that people always mention..

1st Wedding Banquets After My Ops...

Its been so long since i last attended a wedding banquet. Why ? I dont know, but seems like i'm always unable to attend one. There's always somethings pop up when i've plan for something or attending any funtions. I've miss the last three wedding banquet due to chicken pox & opeartion. This time round i'm under half recovery therefore, i've attended it but too bad having cough & fever.. Here i am with my lazy morning smile & dress up ready to go :

A cute wedding indeed with the cute decor by the sister of the groom with love & balloons in the living rooms haha.. Nice but no pic taken sorry. This is the first time i saw such a cute decor in the house during the early ceremony of the wedding & its also the first time i saw the most traditional ceremony whereby every relative were given a gift bag with towels. Nowaday, i dont think you'll ever see these right ?Next is the wedding banquet.. finally got chance for nice food haha yummy.. my 1st big feast .. hehe.. Sounds like being stuff for months ya.. the vaincity comes.. people always say womans are vain.. i thk guys too.. haha..

well, its ok to be vain once in a while i guess.. cos only on wedding banquets & functions will make you a pretty one. Dont you agree ? But its quite a tired day indeed & that reminds me of my dearest dad. He will not be able to attend personnal on my bros wedding i guess.. But i guess he will be in our heart to celebrate that special dayz with us..

Our Company Annual Dinner

Nope.. its not D&D.. just a simple gathering that we have annually.. Last year, we have KTV nite at KBox.. See...:

This year, we have it at Vivo City Fig Restaurant.. Simple but cool.. cos we're having kind of fresh air.. A Hala Restaurant whereby suitable for both Chinese & Malays.. Only problem is the set dinner is really huge.. Salad is abit tasteless but healthy i guess as they only uses olive oil in it. Maybe only us gals will feel that its healthy.. haha..
