Do you consider this as inconsiderate ? Moments ago you can see these rubbish all in a bag nicely tied up & place near the lift area. Few hours later, the bags are being tear apart & rubbish lying everywhere.
I dont mean that ppl who throw the rubbish there is considerate. But at least it had been tied up. I understand that some ppl likes to find some useful things from old owners whom had thrown it away but plsssss do it in a nice way.. at least not to tear the rubbish in this a manner.. What if there's food & water in it.. the level might ended with lots of cockroaches, flies & insects etc.. Well, maybe thats human.. Humans are the most difficult to deal with... !!! :S
