Our new cozy house is almost done.. just a slight painting to be touch up this afternoon. Hope it can be ready for us to move in on time. Dragging & dragging is what the contractor does. Nvr punctual.. haiz..
Well, saw notices at the groud floor this morning on the show flats of our block. HDB had start to open the balance units for sale.. wow.. to our astonishment, the 5rm flats is as "BIG" as what we thought. Initially we intend to get it but due to the position of the block & sqm & my PIL's rejection, we ended getting a 4rm instead. Its true as not to get a diff of 20 sqm hm for 10K... its too much to pay for.. The 5rm hv an extended living rm which looks big & the master bedrm & one of the guestroom is bigger than our 4rm flats. Well, anyway we've chosen, so can't change now. . haha.. maybe another 7 yrs down the road, we'll just shift to the opposite unit.. hehehe.. oh.. it might be only a dream.. but a nice dream lol !!.. haha..
One thing for sure.. nvr follow opinion of others.. you can only "参考"... cos you might regret one day.. nobody knows ?? !!
