初体验

A night of home-econ class held. Hands on dinner, simple but nice.. We tried some dishes, simple - easily said than done. We started with the ingredients, its not so easy preparing the ingredients within such a short period of time but we made it...guess have to do it in advance next time. Same goes to the decision making on the dishes. 主角出现了...

These are what we use for the session. Stackable & still able to feel the heat..

Wanna know the recipe ? Lets take a look at the before / after dishes below :
Our target is to finish all dishes together within 40mins. Isn't it amazing ? .. erm.. did we ?

Apologize as i dun really know the english name of the dishes.. pls leave it in the comments if you guys can... but some quite obvious lah, so no need to put right.? lolx .. :P

This is the dish which makes me amazed.. Not much stiring needed during the cook.. just dump all ingredients in, stir for the first time & covers the pot till it ripes nia.... Imagine .. its potato & carrot which normally required to steam for quite some time. This one still taste delicious, sweet & soft !

Its kind of fun to be able to join in this cooking session as of "seeing is believing" is never enough for stuffs like this. Hands on will be best for all. Do it & if others can, so can you ~ with this amazing stuff ( 'I'Cook = '我'Cook ) .. :P .. A seldom cook + lazy person like me will wish to learn more such dishes cos its simple / so call non smoky & easy.. guess this might helps.. :P

I've learn some skills, procedures, dishes from this session. Its great that i attend.. even though if you dun intend to buy any.. Spending just for the ingredients but 获益不少 loh .. :)
