New trial on B Complex after i heard fm yeeran. Reasons for my trial is to strength my immune & of cos for my fragile and brittle nails.
Nails protect the nerves concentrated in the fingertip and toes. Nails are part of the outer layer of skin and are made of a protein called keratin as seen in websites. Healthy nails are pink which indicates a good blood supply. Changes or abnormalities likely indicate indicate a more serious health problem.
After taking for abt few days, i started to feel my nails no longer so fragile. The touch is firm & slightly harder. Now i'm waiting for some result of changes on my skin & hair & of cos my red blood cells which i'm kind of lacking.. stay tune... :P
