New Neighbour Part 2

Hby says our new neighbour is a "Gor Dak Lang" ( in hokkien ). One whom doesn't like to mix around with ppl. How does he know ? He get the answer from their renovation.. wooden doors without any gate.. =.=

I only know that our new neighbour is rather inconsiderate. Look at these..



They place these behind the doors of the common staircase.. worst of all, its in a mess & left a very minimum space for one to walk thru.. :S Should we lodge a complaint to the TC ?
