Hby found new nice eating foodie kway chap stall around 300 plus market. Hmm , did the owner heard us last time? The plating so cool 😄 food wise ok but the small intestine Abit bitter. 

Back for review

Suppose to go back to temple for review. He work late, i do not know till mil said. Ask him , he say remember but hv to work late. 

Question, why didnt he tell me? He is suppose to accompany me there. Well, whatever, am use to it. Work n friends are always more important than the wife i suppose. 

Im not unreasonable, if you cant attend tell me. Not keep quite till i ask. 

Went back to the temple for review, even the *god* tell me to relax, 🤔my face can speak? Or is there wordings telling them im stress?

Ok, hv to continue the remedy for another 1.5 wks n to be back again for another review🙄🙄. Hopefully, the would will heal fast. Blessed. 

Review After 3 Days

Had been asked to go back for review after the remedy given. 真人宫，a temple opp redhill market said to be very good in treating ill patients and '准'.

Went back today and get to know that i can only consume pork, anythg 'poison' not possible till i fully recover. 

This means i can only eat pork porriage and still pork. No chicken, no prawn, crab and even fish😱. Not even chicken essence🙄

They say no point the outside wound recover but inner wound with inflammation. So, better listen to them to eat clean food for at least another 1 mth... 

Hmm, Will i slim down in this case 🤔😅

Well, lets see next week after i weigh myself before i go back for review.

Clinacanthus Nutans

Remember i do have some breathing difficulties after consuming the painkiller which my gynae prescribe. I tried not to take them anymore as i feel like at hell after taking it.

Recently, my mil brought me to the temple at redhill. Recommended by one of the relative whom mention is quite 灵验.

Before my ops, they consulted before my ops and now ive discharged and due to this breathless issue, we consulted again to seek for some advice.

Was told to drink Clinacanthus nutans with green apple for 3 days to see if any result.

The drink taste just like green apple juice but with a little bitter taste which should be from the leaves. 

Google it and surprise to see so much benefits. Only if we knew them earlier, maybe we can bring geok 姨 there for some advice 😑

Hopefully this will cure those side effects which i hv and to get rid some of the inflammation and pain in me. 🙏🙏

Nightmare After Painkiller

Its been a while since i last consume doctors strongest painkillers which was prescribe to me.

Last night i feel the tummy abv the wound hurts. The feeling is like theres a wound in it that tears... So i pick up the painkiller and eat.

I thought its the multiple medication that resulted the side effect so this round maybe wont.

After taking, im still as per normal, no special symptoms till i slept. Middle of the night, i started to feel the discomfort. My heart beat rate seem high, abit breathless, nausea and fatigue. Unable to sleep well, i even feel better but nothg great when i sit up. 

I thought everythg would be fine today but not as expected. My body still as fatigue, nausea still there and even shivers plus numbness on my hand. Is this some signs of stroke? I feel uneasy, cold sweat came and after some massage, the numbness went off. 

Its only till afternoon that i finally feel abit energy. Hopefully all will be fine till evening.

Weaker Immune System

Oldies have their own remedies to boost one immune system. They forget to look at if one is fit for their *boost*.

I admit that im not a person with healthy immune system. Weak till cant boost much. 

During western medication, i hv been offered with chinese medical soup base to boost my immune. I tried to reject but they say its good for my immune, to boost the lost *qi* in me.

Recent medication makes me weak n weaker than usual. In addition to this soup, i feel myself weaker than stronger. Not sure if its due to the surgery, western medication or chinese soup. I just feel weak, fatigue, shiver, lack of concentration. Whats happening? I can only waot till the next day to see the condition. Hope its just due to too much medication and it will recover itself the next day. 

Right now, i can only pray... Hopefully, all this weakness subsided fast as the feeling is not right and its killing me. I cant even read the phone nor hold it long.😑

Allergy

Its no joke when you are allergy to some medication. Ive been having diarrhoea since last night with fast hearbeat and fatigue. 

This am, i found my upper body numb till my cheek. This is so scary, i cried cos damn scared. Especially when u r alone to rectify this.

Called the gynae but he is not in the clinic as he have an operation to do. The nurse say will relay the msg. Im anxious, as im worried of my health so i login to the websote and check all my medicine. Finally, i found that one of my antibiotic causes all these side effects.

I waited till almost 12 noon before i get an ans. By then ive taken my am medication. Im totally sleepy n whole body is like jelly. I told the nurse that i suspect it could be the antibiotic which may not be suitable on me.

She told the doc of my situation and he ask me to stop this antibiotic. This lunch i did not take any medication as i feel my body cannot take it anymore. So i stop without seeking his opinion.

Well, gd choice as i feel much better and finally i can hv some food. Ive been fatigue since last night without much intake. This may also be the reason of my fatigue as ive been having diarrhoea and kind of dehydrate.

I ate a small bowl of porriage at 1plus and another half small one at 4plus now. Slow and small portion of intake smooth my bloatness. Im glad i make the right choice to check the web while waiting, at least i clear my doubt thou sometimes we cant rely on them.

My 2nd open myomectomy surgery after over 10 years.

Here i am 2nd round of open myomectomy surgery.. Another round of rebirth.

The swell which is painful..

Finally its over and my journey on recovery starts today.. Everyday white porriage 🙄

Nothg but pork for the next 3 mths. 

Gynae taken out all n we juz get to know that i hv 14 big+small inside me🙄🙄🙄

Hope the test result is gd. Stay tune for his update.

The Never Ending Ops

After my recent biopsy, its now for my fibroid.

Its growing, not sure y they just like to stay in me. Too comfy🤔😣

Scheduled on 28 sept. So fast. Another found of big ops coming. The last is one line but heard gynae say will hv two lines this round, juz dont understand. But compare now to the last done over 10yrs back, should be better compare to the technology. Hopefully all goes well n heals fast. 

Its not fun staying at home with two folks. 

Especially with one nagging ones. 🙄🙄🙄

7th month

Annual affair, 7th mth praying as usual.

Incorrect Timing

Man always look at easy side. 

Always arrange things at wrong timing.

Changing home lightings.

Arrangements made giving us such a last min advice and came almost diner time. Leaving two folks and one sick woman to attend to.

So much after work cleaning which i cant even help much and hv to rely on them which you can expect how clean it can be after their cleaning. 

I can maybe only wait for another week before i can even force some strength to mop / clean the house🙄

A Week After Biopsy

Its one week and im still feeling the tinling pain in me. Went for my review and Dr wad surprise that my wound had actualy yet to heal which is not completely closed. Given additional 5 days painkiller and 1 week mc extension. Im told not to carry heavy stuff and she mention that hope the bleed will not be internally. 

Another review a week later but then after 6 mth another one to check if any regrowth. She said there is possibility😑. Hope not. She ask me again if im too stress and suggest that i write diaries so as to let out my anger / happiness / sorrows etc. She feel im overstress and guess im a person that swallow whatever likes or dislikes instead of sharing or voicing out. 😱 i suddenly feel she seems to have studied psycology🤔😂

Diary, a gd one which i use to write but stopped long ago. Does it works? Stress, every work have stress, even housewife do. Or perhaps a combination of work / family / friends?🤔 think i should start back writing it soon.

Bless that i will hv a fully recovered body soon.

冰白木耳

A dessert which we use to eat it hot.

白木耳 (white fungus) is good for smookers.

Those that dun like the taste when u consume it hot can try it in cold. Just cook it as normal, leave to cold and place it in fridge overnight.

It will turn to abit sticky feeling, remember to stir well before consume 😊.

 

The obvious difference of hot & cold 白木耳. 

Taste abit like smash agar agar. 

甜但带点口感😁

030820 - After Ops

4th day after ops, and i still feel body aches all over, i tot changing away the doctors tight soorts bra would let ne hv a gd sleep but no. I still ache.

What is happening inside? Why like that?

The 3 tablet finished, no more painkiller, hv to tolerate the pain for the rest of the days😑

Too stress, they say im over reating to work. 2nd day after ops already touching my laptop😂... Really 工作狂. But no lah, i started to teach myself how to rest. I just want to clear my mails. Only 1 day i already got comjng to 300 emails to clear🙄🙄🙄. If i wait until i return to work i thk......... 

Ok, i admit im a workaholic. Maybe this resulted me with fibroids. Mood swing n stress affects thats what my doctor told me when i told her which industry im in. She ask me during my 1st consultation ~ could u be overwork or over stress?  Honestly, i dont know. Which industry do not hv stress? But true enough this industry in term of stress will be higher i guess. 

I started having my fibroids 10 over years back when im in my previous logistic film. Taken an open ops with high water retention and pain that resulted me decided to quit the job for a rest. With high passion in this line, i joined my current boss in new film after my rest to start and learn more on other sectors. 

10 overs years passed and i found new visitors coming and become tenants in my body. They even grows. This is a symptom that tells me my stress level growing. Hby ask if i want to slow down as this affects my health. I agreed it is but my learning passion yet subsided. This is a never ending learning industry and im still learning, thou im still working on what ive been working 20 years back🙄.  

Actually its a bit tiring as over 20 years, im still touching what ive been doing the same thing😑. But i believe, i will move on when i feel im really ready to. Hope this day comes soon. And hope my fibroids will slow down if not my hby will ask me to remove it soon.

Removing this fibroid is no joke. Which company will let u always mc? No doubt this is uncontrollable, but it sure affects abit on yr performance, hmm... 🤔 am i over reacting? Theres a saying, 公司不会没了谁而不能运作.

But 打工要有打工的样子啊, 不是吗😅

300720 ~ U/S Guided Vacuum-Assisted Excision Biopsy

Procedure day.

Difference between government and private hospital.

Dr Sally Wong, sweet and caring anaesthetist. She talks to you, get to know little abt yr condition, calm you alittle before the procedure. While inserting the needle, she will keep checking if you're all right😊. This is what i did not hear in the past when i went to government hospital for my fibroid remover.

Thereafter doctor came and say hello to me before she headed for her preparation. 

The nurses whether male or female are caring too. 

Food here are abit tastless as they leave you to decide how saltish you want it to be by serving with pkts of sauce and pepper. The thoughts that counts...

Im on day surgery, so discharge on day. 

Did not vomit as i was told no food and drinks 6 hrs before my ops.

Pain and slight bruises resulted minor bleeding. As the cut was near to armpit area, with the bruise, my right arm are slow in movement now as it pains even when i want to bring up.

Given 8 days mc, lucky i hv a gd boss that allow me another day off the week. And lucky its my wfh week so i hv say another week of healing before i need to carry the heavy laptop bag and return office for work.
