Lazy or Ugly ?

Hvn been putting on my mask for abt 3 days & as i'm not a good water drinker, my face turns dry very easily. My freckless should be the best to describe my drinking habits i guess. Well, i'm glad that its getting lighter now.. Water is a must to everyone, but getting to drink it often is easier said than done. I've been trying to get eight cups of water down in my stomach daily but always failed to.

Theres a saying "只有懒女人, 没有丑女人".. Its some how abit true that i find.. I use to do facial "Gua Sha" once a week or even twice only when i'm free to. But fail now cos it really takes up alot of time.. Due to dehydration of my skin + lack of sleep & tiredness, a few sort of pimples things pop up on my face.. arrhh.. so irritating. I done mask for two days but still feels the dryness.. Yesterday, i finally find out some time to do my facial "Gua Sha" + Massage.. adding all the necessary "ingredients" to my face for one shot.. thk its been almost a week plus since i last did it. Wanna know the result after i've done ? Yes, my those pop up pimples went smaller ( not missing lah.. its not "仙丹" ok..), face feels more hydrate & supple.. I'm not sure whether its due to the "Gua Sha" , mask or the ingredients or the water. But i believe that abit of each have given some help to my face. So yes , 只有懒女人, 没有丑女人 哦!!

Good Or Bad News ?

Went to see the chinese physician.. bad news.. bad news & again bad news.. haiz.. I just dun like to hear her advice. But sometimes, its really good to know the conditions early before it gets worst. Well well,.. guess we're to face it & am prepared to. Sometimes, just a minor thing will also lead to serious illness.. mm.. no more soya bean for me. No more cold drinks.. Gotta change our menus, gotta change our habits..

My womb had swollen as mention by her which leads to bloatness & heavy constipation. Hope her medication will help. All thanks to the earlier gyn for the ops.. Its said to be swollen due to that.. mm.. not sure how true it is..

Gotta be under bits of observations on my mini suspective fibroids to be.. hope it don't grow den it might not be one. Good Luck To Me.. :P

Opera Queen

Went home yesterday to release the bad news to my mum.. haha.. she's sick again haiz.. well well.. but sound so energetic when comes to her idol. Ya.. the opera queen.. she just finish her idols shows couple of days back & gotta below booklets back. Guess what.. her pictures up .. wahahaha !!

Early 清明

Its 清明 next wkn. As we've to head back to msia for an event, therefore, P-I-L had planned to go 扫墓 at an earlier date & they've plan it today. Sis is away for vacation therefore it does not clash with the plan of ours.. Guess gotta have a wk later to go for my late dads'.

The rushing hours... from office to mums place & rush back at 4pm. Initially advice to reach home by 4.30pm. Lucky i've plan earlier, if not i dun even have the time for a change. Reach home abt 4pm & saw uncle just reach the carpark parking his van.. sooooo early ? Well, headed home for a change .. aiyo.. no time for a bath. haiz...Unpack & pack our things, water, tissues, torchlights, etc etc etc.. headed down to my P-I-L house to help carry the foods & 'moneys' down to uncles' van. Chop chop, we drop by TBM to purchase coffee & some snacks for grandpa & grandma & there we headed down...

Its quite a kind of good gatherings for siblings. You can see how gather they are, how co-operative & filial they are when comes to preparing the foods & etc.. They will distribute the chores well like who is to clean the tomb, who to pluck / clear the rubbish, who to place the offerings & who to pray to the god of earth / light the joss etc.. We, the kiddys there will act as the labours haha.. Theres sons, daughters, daughter -in-law, grandsons, granddaughter-in-law to visit them.. they should be happy.

We were there from 5plus to abt 7plus.. there we're having picnic with grandpa at the cemetry using torchlights .. haha. Oh ya.. even the mosquitos are having quite a "full" time too with me around.. gotten 7 bites from them.. arrhhh... =.= ''' .... What a sweaty, tired but enjoyable day.. with laughters throughout the journeys :D .......

Online Purchase

I've ever done a few local online purchase before for a trial & starts enjoying doing it due to the ease of convenience.. Good for lazy ppl like me & at this kind of economy. Got this website by luck while browsing the net at home which is a non local one name - 'Irenelim Fashion', so i decided to try it out abt two wks ago. I finally receive my items yesterday. Normally, some online purchase send the products to me via envelopes or using small carton boxes. This "company" is different. they send by parcels & nicely pack too ! Just to share the look of the parcels which i'm describing ..

Comes with nice & solid box which will hold the items in good condition. ( Not the kind of fragile carton ) ... not sure is it for all but at least i'm please with it.

Items purchase depends on the price.. cheap stuffs normally looks 'cheap' in sense. I got the items by browsing & since its browsing, it might not be the same quality as what i've expected compared to those which i bought from local boutiques in shopping malls. As per what my hby says.. you've to weigh the difference. Irene is kind & patients enough to help out on all my queries & QC for me on the items. Some companys do not provide reservations due to limit stocks but she does.. as long you confirm that you'll take :) .. I just love the way & CS irene provides.. Luckily, i've got sponsor for these items. Will try again after these tough periods of mine ... :)

Sick ? Not Again !!

Starts sneezing yesterday noon & feels sick for whole day till night. Feels body slacking & cold .. no energy for anything.. just hope that theres a bed for me .. taken one flu medicine last night & today feels much better. Hope that the sneezing goes off completely & immune grown stronger abit..

My gums feels like swollen, maybe due to the mini ops done earlier by the dentist or it might be due to the injections ? I got this sensitive feelings when i rinse my teeth with cold tap water which last time i do not have. Not sure is it due to the ops but feels unsecure.. Shall wait & see till this weekend.. hope its just temporary... :S

命?

行情不好, 我的钱包也跟着缩小起来.. 看了几次中西医, 我的牙齿似乎也开始抗议了起来. 前几天, 我的牙齿出现了问题. 为了趁早根治, 便与我家附近的牙医预约了昨天做个检查. 收费方面猜想一定比外面诊所贵.. 不料, 确实比我想象中还要贵!!! ... 不过, 一分钱, 一分货. 真是不一样. 比起以前去的那间诊所, 这个算是温柔多了. 打麻醉药也不痛哦.... 哈哈!!..

看似动手术的拯救行动从七点多开始到八点多才完成... 真是费了不少工夫和时间呢... 可别高兴的太早, 因为我只补了一颗牙... :S 诊费+洗牙+补牙.. 就花了我要到两百二. 还有两颗牙齿正在排队等着看病..

人一倒起霉来, 不该来的全都来报道. 钱包的洞已经越来越大了.. 何时才能停止??? 咳... 为何!!!!! 难道这就是命??

Late Visit

Went to get our reports yesterday.. Appointment was postpone from 8pm to 10.10pm as professor have an operation to do. We reach early abt 9plus.. thinking that we might have a chance to have an earlier apptmt. When we reach the recept area.. we saw almost 10 files placing there & ours were among them.

We sitted down to wait & finally we're called in. Its already after our apptmt time.. :(.. This the first time i attend an appointment at such a late hour. We ended our consultation with payment of another SGD 250 plus + some medication. Reaching home at round 11+ pm... arrhhhh.. a thousand plus gone within 3 days of western consultation & 2days of chinese consultation. Just 5days & every visit with just a few sentence but long waiting..

Times really bad.. now i really gotta think how to solve this sum.. Another pile of big sum on the way.. arrrhhhh hope we can struggle through.

Friends / pals .. don't always say with our salary how can we say that we couldn't afford this amount this & that.. If things happens / falls on you guys / gals ( touch wood ) , guess you'll not say that anymore.... remember "家家有本难念的经" orh.. don't think that the salary that your are getting is very great. I'm not scolding or saying your. But, suggest that your do a calculation if you're free & you'll know how much you only worth per hour a day. Maybe not must difference with MCD or etc.. You might even start to make sounds like "tsk *tsk *tsk saying ... "aiyo.. why am i so cheap !! ".. I'm just stating the facts, SMILE !!! :)

The Southern Ridges

My last long morning walk was few years back with my ex colleagues heading to the HSBC Treetop Walk. Yesterday, my s-i-l suggested that we check-it-out at the southern ridges.. cheap & good exercise cos we only spent on the bus fair.. good for budget time like this.. nowhere to go ? don't go shopping, go exercising as its better for yr health too !!

The Southern Ridges comprise a 9-kilometre chain of green, open spaces spanning the rolling hills of Mount Faber Park, Telok Blangah Hill Park & Ken Ridge Park before ending at West Coast Park. Its a two prominent connections from Henderson Waves which is said to be Singapore's highest pedestrian bridge - spans Henderson Road to connect Mount Faber Park to Telok Blangah Hill Park. The other link, Alexandra Arch, looks like open leaf across Alexandra Road continues to Forest Walk, which is made up of an elevated walkway for pedestrians & earth trail for cyclists through the secondary forest of Telok Blangah Hill Park.

We wake up at 6.50am & set off at 7am for light breakfast. Taken a bus down to alexandra & started off for the walk.. the forest walk is what i most enjoy, cos it's not just a straight route.. you will feel like climbing, hiking + walking haha..

Ans : We started from Alexandra Arch - Forest Walk - Faber Walk - Henderson Waves - Hilltop Walk & ended at Marang Trail ... :)

Nightmare !

Not sure whether its normal but i've been having hair loss daily.. morning, evening.. especially after bath. My b-i-l girlfriend have the same problem. Maybe i've think too much abt the hair loss that ended me having nightmares last night..

I dream of having a lump on my shoulder & head. A kind of watery lump.. fill with air.. looks like a blister.. a big one.. its almost abt a size of 3cm x 3cm... so scary.. what does this dream means ?? and .. What actually causes the hair loss ???

Specialist.. thats what some of my friends said when i blog abt the amount which i've been billed for my checkups earlier. Yes.. its not only specialist.. he's a professor.. mm..

Today, we went back for some test/scanning .. spent another half day plus another six hundred plus :(.. within just two weeks / two days visit, we already spent almost a thousand plus.. arrhh... can't imagine how much we'll have to pay when we get the report next wk.. ya.. gotta go back again for the report.. another amount to be spent.. haiz.. Recession.. but doctors don't have recession.. you can't reject their bills.. you can't question too much cos every bills come with a reason. You can only accept with silence & pay !

Budget, budget, budget.. everythings on budget now.. I'm broke .. totally broke.. pals out there. Pls forget abt asking me out .. i'm very cautious on my wallets now.. not because that i'm stingy & its not a matter of who's paying too .. just because i need to save more & pay for all these stupid bills which is coming next month & might even more to come.. Just feel like going home after work now.. don't wanna think too much.. just hope everythings fine.. thats all..
Stop asking me what is it.. stop asking how is it.. stop asking me why only one payer.. I just need peace.. pls.. just some peace..... Hope that i wont be another "卡奴"... :(

High Class Or High Tech ?

Went to my new gyn this afternoon. The clinic itself tells me that i'll burnt my pocket today. Its kind of luxury & comfort style. Nurses there were quite friendly. True enough the bill comes as expected. No medicines, just a simple checking done with the machine utilize in the clinic. The machines in the clinic looks rather high tech. The doctor seems to be multi tasks as we feels that he was not only seeing us one patient at that moment but might be running two doors at a time. Hope his diagnosis is correct & no mix up or etc. mm..

Gotta book another appt again for further consultation. . another scanning got to go on the way to study the condition for a better treatment. Within a month i gotta pay almost half of my salary.. how ex it is.. should i say its high class ? or is it due to the high technology machines that he have ?? Or becos he is too popular / too experience ??

Recession , Recession... my pocket is having recession soon too.. Budget budget.. now everything gotta go budget.. haiz.. arrhhhhh !!!!

Hygiene

Ever seen tissues flying everywhere on the floor in the toilet cubicles ? How do you feel ? Irritating ? Comeon, its just a peanut. I even saw pantiliners being thrown on the floor.. maybe its because that there's no waste bin inside the cubicle.

Hmm.. this morning, i finally sees a waste bin inside. Guess the unhygiene actions had irritate the cleaner. Erm.. still abit comments on the waste bins.. You can see labels teaching ppl how to throw the sanitary pads in the waste bins provided. My comment is, why was the labels so low & small ? Who will stood down to see how to do it before using the toilet or throwing ? Although one should already know how to correctly throw it in the bins but for the sake of better guidance, i thk the labels should be big & high enough for ppl to see even though it might not work somehow.... Hope from now on, no more tissues or pantiliners been seen on the floor.. :P

Diarrhoea

Seems to be moody due to the recent constipation that i'm getting. Moods going down yesterday cos i'm having diarrhoea. Whats happening ? Medicines & supplements taking effects ? Or its the uncleared rubbish generated by the laxatives which i've taken a few days ago ?

Slept early last night at around 10pm due to severe headache that strikes me for two to three days. Having giddiness & uncomfort of bowels that resulted weakness of my body. Late at night, my bowel starts twisting.. so painful that i jump up. Went to the toilet for almost 4 times within 3 hrs.. mm.. guess diarrhoea. Not sure its good or bad for me. Till now, i'm still visiting the toilet. I do not want to consult doctor to stop this cos once medication taken, i might be back to normal constipation which i hate. Lets see for another two days .. maybe it will gets better.

I thought i'm unfit for work today due to this diarrhoea but luckily, i'm still able to walk :P. Well, its a bit tough going around when you're having diarrhoea... especially when you're on board a bus & feels that its coming.. arrhh.. luckily my bowel is still as obedient to wait till i reach my destination & glad that its getting better now. Most important is i do not need to consult the doctor now ! Yeepee.... :)

Friend told me that my headache is due to the constipation. But after this diarrhoea, i'm still having the headache which is hitting me hard.. So this means its not due to the constipation ? hmm... arrhhh.. URRHHHHH !!!!

The Power Of A Product

I've brought a friend along to the makeup class which i went yesterday. I thought she might like it as as woman, we will really need some improvement in our ownself. As outside classes are expensive especially during such economy, i share with her this budget class held by 3S. She is so happy & excited & join me to the class. I've also receive positive feedback from her. Glad that she likes it. Today, i can feel the excitement & surprise that she got from the class base the wordings which she leave down on her msn.... See how powerful a product can be. Wish that i can continue to share with her / go with her to such good classes the next time. :P .. A day of smiles which i've been longing for ... :)

What Is Fair , What Is Unfair ?

Lots of wonders today. Suppose to sleep late in order to catch some extra sleeps which i've been lacking but hby's ph rings early in the morning that wakes us up. Mil had arrange a relative to book for chinese physician for us. So hardworking as she can start to queue from 5am. We headed down & there we got our numbers.. "55 & 57".. early at 5am & seeing the physician only at 11plus. see how long we've to queue.. I was thinking, how good this doctor can be...

Accurate. This doctor is kind of expert in the way she question, answer & advice. I'm rather surprise on the way she presented. After hearing what she said, i'm rather sad. I feel abit regretted to go but in the other hand, i feel glad that i've went to. I had my fibroid cleared / operation done somewhere two years ago. Today, i get to know that my fibroid is back & my gyn shouldn't operate & leave a long wound at my womb at that time. Who is right & who is wrong ? Different doctors saying different things.. At one moment, one will tell you things thats good , another will say likewise.. I'm gonna book an appointment for the scan again. If its true, i might have to go for operation again which depends on what the doctor says.. :( wish me good luck.

What the hell. why always these kind of issues come up when i'm trying to plan for something ? My mil ever went back to msia to ask the "god" abt the families overall & negative reply had been given.. Now it really come true.. I attended the makeup class after that & heard the "pro" mention a line "上天是公平的" What is fair ? What Is unfair ? How you derive "FAIR" ? .. 是吗? 上天是公平的吗? 但为何不如意的事老是发生在我身上? I think .. god is not that fair afterall..

Budget Dinner

I'm a so call mountain turtle as lots of you should know. Cos i seldom goes out to explore therefore no matter where you guys / gals suggested to for food, i'll just be a follower & not much suggestion which you will hear from me.

Today, my fil suggested to go out for dinner. After some discussion among the 'kids', they suggested to go depot road. There's this hawker centre which lots of ppl patronize. Its some how well known as the price is cheap. I mean for the "煮炒" ( zhi char - in hokkien ) stall. There's also a famous western food stall name "Botak Jones" if i remember correctly. After much orders, we conclude.. each plates only costs less than SGD 5.. even the "deer meat" on dish only costs us less than SGD 14.. what a saver. Just that you've to wait for the food as its rather pack there. The western food is not bad either. 1st time i tried spicy fries.. haha.. rather cool. It should be a nice & budget place for a bunch of monkeys to go if they are great eaters... haha.. :P...

Power Of Laxative

I have been having constipation since i left my school days. I tried lots of fruits & ways to get my bowel movement back to its usual self but failed. I tried supplements in the past but it doesn't help until today, i tried back another brand of supplement & theres' improvement.

Its been a week since i last visit my washroom for that "big business". I use take my supplements regularly but due to busy schedules, i do not have time to top up my supplements & therefore, have not taken for a week. Maybe due to this, my bowel movements went slow. Last night, i took the worst medication for help - Laxatives.

I always thought Laxatives is nothing to me cos the last time i take did not take effect. Last night i took only one tablets instead of two which i usually consume. To my surprise, it works.. My intestines twist in the middle of the night & i jump up to the washrooms. Not sure is it too painful or am i dehydrated that leaks to shaky legs & giddiness. I'm there alone.. i was thinking "shit.. am i gonna faint ? gonna be dead ?" cos theres no other persons but only me in the washrooms. all others were in their bed. I feel breathless, weak, cold sweat over my forehead & my ears couldn't work, i look at the mirror & couldn't figure my face properly, i went back to bed after that with giddiness, found my head, face & neck so cold.

This morning when i woke up, i feel glad, cos i found myself still alive.. but i'm still weak till today... I finally feel how powerful laxative can be. :S

Visit

Unable to visit tomorrow due to heavy constipation & weakness. Sms to inform in the evening. Receive a reply back which i feel sad & kinda bit fume after reading. Do i have to be there everyweek or even if i'm sick ? Is this a compulsary thing or rules thats lead down by someone ? Just couldn't understand. I too have my things to settle.. why stress me only ?? why not others ?? Just couldn't understand.

路痴

真是个路痴!!

我没法只好放弃今天3S 所举办的新Opp讲座因为需要送货上客户的家．由于她有急用, 所以无法更换日期.　在休息时, 我上网查看客户家的正确位置.　毕竟靠近我弟弟家, 所以我以为会很容易找到.　地图显示她家就在山顶地区的尾端.　我一放工, 便马上出发.　到了那儿, 我开始绕圈圈.. :S ...　还以为容易找的地方其实并不好找.　过了一会儿, 我终于找到了她的家.　离开她家后, 我仿佛看到我弟弟家附近的咖啡店. 　这时, 我又气又喜.　气我真是个路痴, 这么近的路我还绕着圈圈走.　喜是因为我只要直走, 就能到达地铁站而无须再绕圈圈了..... :P

原本只须用一个半小时, 我却用了要到两个小时.　本想如果还有时间的话, 我送完货可回中心上那另半党课, 可是我又得回家煮粥给我那牙痛的一家之主吃.．所以......... :(

Finally

I've sign up a package with a salon a year plus ago. Due to the "High" level CS that i met & the "High" standard that the salon is having, i'm unable to get slots on most of my appointments. Therefore, i've decided to ask them to call me when they've got a slot for me or even put me on waiting list. Unfortunately, it wont work. Hence, I gave up calling them & wait for them to call me instead. Months passes & almost a year plus. Today, surprisingly my handphone rings showing their numbers. This CS guy called & told me that i still have 5 sessions with them unattended. I replied "Oh.. finally your found out". His replied was "Cos we were going thru our old customer's records" ..

Base on current economy, i can feel & understand why my numbers were shown in their list only today. Meaning, they've kind of done a "stock check" ? Gone thru "customer's feedback" ? or they're having / finally found themselves "火烧屁股" --- lack of sales ? They've ask me to place a booking now to put me in slot but i rejected.. telling them i'll call back another two mths.. lets see again whether my call rings or i ring their call. I'm not finding faults but base on my busy schedules, i really can't answer them now. So, stay tune !!...:P...

Toothache or Not Toothache ?

Hby have been having toothache since two days ago. This special toothache seems to have bother him so much. Its not a normal toothache.. Funny thing is, it will only pains at night or when he lies down. Have not been having good sleep for two days ever since he have this toothache. He will wake up late at night just because of the pain & the unbearable pain makes him unable to go to sleep. Hby had consulted a dentist earlier but unable to find any solution as the dentist mention there's nothing wrong with his tooth.

Yesterday night, he can't even lies down to sleep. Its hurting him so much. MIL say it might be due to heatiness.. Hby trys to rinse with Glister mouthwash which aids a bit but comes back once he lies down again. He puts ointment in & it also aids just a while. He puts ice bags on it & it helps.. long enough he finally get to sleep but don't think its a good choice for long term. Today, i saw two pandas instead of one.. :S

I guess its too much heatiness like what my mil mention but is it really becos of that ? I don't think its a toothache.. gum infection ? Anyone of you knows the reason to this ??? :S

Hard Day

Its been a hard day today, since morning, i've been watching the hp to see any beeps or any rings since yesterday.. I just hope none. Its her bday today. Gonna meet up with his boss in PM. was wondering how long, where & where else will be heading to after that ?

Curiousity ended me with heavy eyes & headache.. Going for mtg in the evening & wonder what will he be doing ? Mind is wondering every moment, every minute.. unable to concentrate. "A" is important, "B" is important, "C" also important. Which should i choose to place first ? I hate this feelings.. I finally broke down.. Can't tolerate the mind anymore.. its so stressful.. broken down without any meaning, without any feeling.. just broke down.. why ? what happen ? Already a year plus & the pain still there.. already a year plus & i still can't put down.. can't wipe it off from my mind. I hate these sleepless nights... Hate it !!

Nice Toilet ??

The toilet which station just right outside our office was not really big. There's only three cubicles. This afternoon, i went to the toilet & found two of the cubicles occupied. As theres another lady whom entered the toilet before me, she occupied the middle cubicle which was still available. After a while, this lady had finished using & came out of the cubicle & the other two were still inside without a single sound.. I was thinking .. have they fainted or what. When i entered the centre cubicle, i found that no.. they've not fainted.. cos they started to chat with each other.

Are they too stress up which needs somewhere to relax themselves ? but.. why the toilet ? is it so nice to stay in ? or are they really in need to stay in the toilet for that long even i had already finish using ? ... wondering.. maybe some pretty deco or becos theres some motivation tags in there which can help to improve their motivation ? :P...
