I'm a so call mountain turtle as lots of you should know. Cos i seldom goes out to explore therefore no matter where you guys / gals suggested to for food, i'll just be a follower & not much suggestion which you will hear from me.
Today, my fil suggested to go out for dinner. After some discussion among the 'kids', they suggested to go depot road. There's this hawker centre which lots of ppl patronize. Its some how well known as the price is cheap. I mean for the "煮炒" ( zhi char - in hokkien ) stall. There's also a famous western food stall name "Botak Jones" if i remember correctly. After much orders, we conclude.. each plates only costs less than SGD 5.. even the "deer meat" on dish only costs us less than SGD 14.. what a saver. Just that you've to wait for the food as its rather pack there. The western food is not bad either. 1st time i tried spicy fries.. haha.. rather cool. It should be a nice & budget place for a bunch of monkeys to go if they are great eaters... haha.. :P...
