Tired

Not sure whether its lack of sleep or too exhaust that causes me so sleepy during working hours... this is the first time where i feel so sleepy during day time & it actually lasted for 3 days... zzzz .. Theres two things that awakes me. One is my dearest "Coffee" !! which i thk i should have a limit on consuming it. Another is the stupid sparks which i get when my hand touches the door knobs. aarhhh.. @@
