Sneezing from yesterday morning till today.. headache + body aches like jelly. Lucky no fever.. Still able to joke & walk so still ok. Not swine flu orh.. guess the indigestion causes this.. constipation starts.. I thk i ate too much dumplings.. mm.. gotta watch my diet again..
Getting fatter nowadays.. maybe lack of exercise. Almost two wks that i last go for my gym.. mm.. gotta go next wk. Guess its 水肿 that makes me looks abit 向横发展.. lots of my clothes started to be tight fitting lo.. gotta start getting myself fit back.. Gambade !!! :P
