Headache Or Migraine

Headache.. arrh.. i hate this.. whenever i'm over heaty or having late night i'll get this. Stupid headache came today.. since lunch time it started striking my head.. its so painful that makes my eyes so heavy even eye drops can't help. Headache or migraine ? I've been refraining myself from taking panadol after afew articles mention of the disadvantage. The pain just couldn't get off & keeps pulling my veins that makes my head feel like gonna burst.. arrh.. i can't take it anymore.. i'm gonna take one panadol & have an early night sleep. Hope the pain goes off tomorrow am.. arrhhh !!!
