One of hby's teeth had chipped off recently & started with minor toothache. The discomfort lead him to seek the poly clinic dentist. Due to the long queue, he had been referred to alexandra hospital instead. There, he had the too extracted. These few days, he discover that theres a minor infection in his gums that resulted bad odour. We went to the nearby pharmacy to seek for some medicine to see whether it can be cure & was ask to go back to the dentist for consultation.
Today, we went back there. This is what the dentist had ask him to buy : 
The dentist say that its not a bad infection. Just that the wound is healing that causes some yellowish stuff tangling & due to the food thats stuck in the gums which resulted bad odour from the mouth. He was guided to use this to insert some water at the gums to clear out the excess stuffs thats stuck in the gums & it really works.. isn't it amazing.. :P
