Hby recently encountered tireness whereby he likes to sleep alot... even when he already had enough sleep, he will still feel sleepy.... the chinese physician mention that he might be having a weak heart.. I was like.. what ? Such a big size man can get this also .. Ok.. but the chinese physician added that if this goes on, he will have sleepless nights instead.. mm.. thinking back on whats mentioned in the article, it looks like tiredness & sleepless is a two different thing.. but it can still link ? Lack of exercise is what he had.. although due to his work, he might or will have to run about but he still have a weak heart ! Its so unbelievable.. Now hby, dun just laugh at me for having to consume medication daily.. you're joining me now. !! Its good to know earlier than late anyway !! :P
