New Year Eve

Today is new year eve.. was hoping for some kind of fun on tonights' count down.. :( nothing loh.. lolx...

Ok.. as today's chinese new year eve, we've half day work day today. Went to meet hby at IMM. Stroll almost the whole two levels of it & looks like nothing great to shop during the waiting time. mm.. such a big shopping mall.. what a disappointment.

Went for lunch at swenson with hby. There, we're the only one queueing as its fully packed with ppl. No attendants .. one of the staff came up to us later & advice theres a table for 6 which they had split into 4 & 2 sits whether we can take the 2 sits instead. Initially we thought that it should be the inner sit.. but .. it came out to be the outside two. haha.. we're like so odd sitting there blocking the path.. haha..

Went for our food & follow by shopping.. passby a shoe shop which i like.. got myself a flatbase shoe.. longing for one.. cutie.. haha.. isn't it cute ? looks bit childish yea.. haha



After that we went to Giant for a shop. New years coming.. alot of ppl went there to shop for their new year stuffs.. Theres this commercial mention 和Giant 一起过肥年! But .. after seeing the ppl queueing up for the payment.. i think its only .Giant 过肥年 bah ... :S 哈哈哈....!!!

Sweet Oldies

Saw one couple on my way home today. An old couple.. guess in their 70s or 80s.. They were sitting at the garden near to the roadside.. both wearing hats.. the husband was helping the wife to scratch her back.. Its So sweeeeettttt.... :)

Nowadays.. alot of couple will be having the other way round.. Wife will be mostly doing the job or you'll hardly see old couples doing such sweet things on the roadside.. maybe only at their own sweet home. Wondering after a few 10 years down the road, will we be the same like them ? or will it be like the husband will walk in front, wife behind ? or wife & husband walking side by side without holding hands anymore ? or if your back is itchy, husband will ask you to scratch it yourself or get help from the wall instead or etc etc.. ??? Think its still far away to comment.. haha.. :S

My First Try

Gotcha.. !!! No.. not me this time.. its my mum this time round. My very ffirst try of Gua Sha (刮痧) on face. Thats my mum below .. my very first model.. haha..


Can your see the difference ? The left side ( Right side of my mum's face ) is firmer & lifted. I've tried it on my own face.. Its soothing & at point of time i feel my face abit smaller haha.. Have it done once a week. It is said to help better absorbant of your daily beauty products & you might even get better sleep after it.

Can't say that 100% good but its proven on alot of people's face.. Thats why i have my mum to try it.. Next will be my hubby & follow by my brother haha.. gonna let them try it although they're not woman.. cos.. its "UNISEX" !! Thats what i like about this product.. any urge to try ? I'm most welcome to share the good stuff with your ! Cheers !!

Hby recently encountered tireness whereby he likes to sleep alot... even when he already had enough sleep, he will still feel sleepy.... the chinese physician mention that he might be having a weak heart.. I was like.. what ? Such a big size man can get this also .. Ok.. but the chinese physician added that if this goes on, he will have sleepless nights instead.. mm.. thinking back on whats mentioned in the article, it looks like tiredness & sleepless is a two different thing.. but it can still link ? Lack of exercise is what he had.. although due to his work, he might or will have to run about but he still have a weak heart ! Its so unbelievable.. Now hby, dun just laugh at me for having to consume medication daily.. you're joining me now. !! Its good to know earlier than late anyway !! :P

Xmas or New Year ?

People always say xmas last for 12 days.. but today, i've heard new year songs early in the morning the moment i on the radio. During X'mas, alot of friends sms me greetings & some even stated "May yr wish come true".. mm.. thinking back, this sentence have come & goes so many times but my dream still yet to come true leh.. haha.. Not sure whether this year's wish will come true.

New Year is just another month.. wow.. thats fast.. I've already left my ex-co for almost 3 months.. miss the jokes & fun we have last time haha... well, life still have to go on.. lucky i'm still in touch with them so still not much difference bah..

This year is going to be a tough year .. cos i've join the new company for only 3 months.. not sure any "B" a not haha.. hope have.. but this kind of economy.. haiz.. my hby say hard to tell.. better pray hard.. :S ....

Rotting During Xmas

Haha.. yea.. am rotting..

Taken half day leave staying at home today ( xmas eve )... Had actually plan to have a holiday during this xmas season but dream smash again.. haiz.. Looks like i've no fate with holidays..

Wake up quite early today.. seems to be rather cold as weather is not bad.. cooling as its having a slight heavy rain. Alot of friends says i've taken the right choice to stay at home as i can sleep late.. haha.. fat hope.. i still woke up at 6 plus this morning.. preparing breakfast as although i'm not working but my hby is.

Rotting.. started to rot in the morning.. haha... doing nothing but serving the net.. reading my books & watching the repeated entertainment tv channels.. so bored... haiz.. First time i find bored staying at home.. first time i stay away for chores on the 1st half day when i'm not working..

Will i be still so bored in the afternoon ? or will i have some other entertainment going ? Lets see again later...

Ever wonder how hard is it to start a simple business... first step is very important.. when i read some of my friends blogs which mention about their new business or side lines, i'll wonder.. is it hard ? how hard ? how long will it take for them to succeed..

Some business requires capital, some requires initiatives, some requires social cycle & some even needs you to pay out before gaining... Its always hard to start the first move.. how do you start the first moves ? is it right to start in this way ? Did i approach the correct person or not & etc..

Yesterday, i saw an entertainment show.. i love the sentence which the host mention, its so true :
" 人有两只手... 运气在左手, 命运在右手, 努力靠的是双手... "

One have to strive for what they want.. without 努力, how can one achieve ? but some people will still base on their 命运 or even 运气 first.. they'll place 努力 behind as the last choice.. Are you one of them ?

I still think i'm a person whom doesn't know how to talk or speak or even sell if i'm in business. Thats why till now, i'm not in sales line. I'm too shy to approach people or can i say i do not know how to approach. Maybe lack of experience or need some guidance.. Today, i find a kind of relieve / satisfaction / accomplishment after i get positive remarks / answers when i approach someone on a question which i've long wished to. Finally, i feel that i'm still not that worst after all.. :P... hahaha....Cheers !!!

Sad

Was hoping for a great day today but ... Well, have been tired yesterday after a day of chores which started in the evening. No help given nor any appreciation. Sometimes, even a simple appraiser might lift a person's mood.. Isn't it ? Ok, maybe its a kind of fat hope.. haha

Ok.. looking forward to a fresh day today.. woke up quite late since its a sunday & after a hard work yesterday. Went down for breakfast. My bro / sis in law requested for mahjong game since its a holiday & so we started in the late afternoon..

Nightmare starts.. unreasonables issues starts.. halfway thru the game someone just sit there finding things which he can't locate for hours & started grumbling / questioning.... When things are in your control, you'll be able to find it.. when you hack care some things / issues, you'll start to ques. Thats why i prefer systematic, it will be much easier to locate things when you're in control of. Just don't really understand why some people can just throw their things everywhere without tidying it.... Whats more surprising is when you're tidying it, you might be grumbling which annoys them but when they are tidying it, they will do the same with grumbling but you can't even get heat up.. Isn't it unreasonable ?

Dear god.. pls tell me which is right & which is wrong.. its so hard to figure what some humans are actually thinking.. !!!!!

Full Month

Went to a full month celebration at my excolleagues house today. The bb is so cute.. haha.. mm.. wonder when it will be my turn.. haha.. ok ok .. below some cutie stuff received to share with your .. so unique ... isn't it cute ?

Commuters

Does humans have uncurable sickness ?

Today as usual, I boarded the bus to work. There's two aunties boarded a few stops after me. One headed to an empty seat occupying more than 1/2 a seat. another one sitting beside me but taken less than 1/2 a seat. Later this auntie changes to the empty seat in front of me after the passenger alights. Initially, she only occupies the inner seat but slowly shifted occupying the whole seat. At first, i thought that these two aunties do not know each other.. but i'm wrong as they started their conversation thru the "open air".. OMG !!! .. Can you imagine ? they know each other but sits on different seats talking to each other ... haha.. thats kind of funny to me. I was like thinking.. does humans have any uncurable sickness or disease which refrain them from sitting together or even to share the seats with other commuters ?

Well, maybe i think too much.. or maybe they are having too much things on hand which they need to occupy one full seat.. Lucky its not a weekday.. if not i guess, they might not even have a seat to sit on.

The Difference

After viewing a few blogs .. i find that alot of ppl will treat a blog as a blog & a diary as a diary.. To me.. there isn't much difference actually .. wanna know why ?

A lot of them mention that diary are for one to keep records of their daily incidents / issues / happiness / unhappiness ... be it scolding, mention the person you hate / irritates or even vent their fustration with poking / drawing & even writing the very personal message. Whereas a blog they cant really put the names in it.... But, I think likewise.. Nowadays, the technology is good, even a blog, you can choose whether to view by only yourself or to view by all. You can even block with password or just allow a few of your friends to view it. That means even if you've a very very personal issues which you like to input in it, you still can do it in a blog.. of cos, you might not be able to poke it cos its a computer.. haha.. lolx !!

I keep diary too last time but i've transferred everything on to my blog. Thats why i've ever mention that i do not only have one blog. Faster to input as we're typing instead of writing... Of cos, there'll be place where i'll jot down the blog site & password for my close ones to login / view it if anything happens to me anyday.. Lolx !!! kinda sound sad yea haha....:P

The Day The Earth Stood Still

Went to watch this movie yesterday with bfy. Mm.. quite an interesting show.. theres a little bit of comedy in it. Theres a lady sitting beside me.. laughing style is so entertaining.. sorry to say "it sounds fake".. well, maybe its becos of the partner that went with her..

Initially i do not know why theres only 2½ stars.. now i know.. the ending is a real "Surprise".. when you're expecting "something",.. you get none but "wordings" ... haha... Was thinking .. what will happen if this world really stood still ??



Went to Mac for a drink & chat after the movie .. theres these bunch of kiddys.. talking & laughing so loudly sitting behind us... taking pictures with their mobile phones & etc.... Kids nowadays are so 幸福 compare to our times.. haha sounds like we're ageing... yea, got to admit.. we really are..

Lunch

There's a canteen below our office block where we can have our lunch there. I always don't like to have my lunch at the canteen as its quite pack & often buys back to office instead. There's a couple of times where i'm disappointed with the food there, ok its the malay stall which i'm more disappointed at.

Today was another day of disappointment. As usual, i went to buy my lunch at this malay stall. I'm hoping for some good food since i feel abit hungry. The foods that they've place out today looks good. I ordered for one curry drumstick, one small slice of fish & one fish cake with gravy. The stall auntie told me total is SGD 5. I'm stunt but ok.. maybe two meat will be abv four bucks.. but hey one fishcake at one dollar ? .. As i'm not at the argument mood, i just pay for my food & go. I reach office & open up my lunch. I found no drumsticks but breastmeat, fish is hard, gravy lousy, fish cake taste abit sour.. it seems to be turning bad.

Todays' lunch to me really sucks.. my friend once said that we've to enjoy our lunch as we only have abt an hour & two meals that we're taking outside a day. I don't agree initially, but today i do. There goes my one hour lunch which only takes me less than 15mins to not even finish the whole packet. Time wasted, money wasted & food wasted.

Savings

Salary always comes in every month end. I'm always the one who updates the bank passbook for all. A few days ago, i find that one of the passbook showing salary in at near to month end & left only a hundred plus. What a surprise to me. Its so unbelievable that one can actually draw out so much $$ within a few days & left their bank a/c almost empty. Its only early month.. how possibly can they survive till the next pay day ? What is happening, whats the urgency for drawing out so much in just a wks time ? Ain't they required any deduction of their other giro payments ? What about their daily needs for the rest of the weeks ? what about their other plans ? Did they gamble away ? spend it on other purpose ? or specially draw out to transfer into other savings a/c ? Just couldn't understand.. :S

Migraine

Migraines.. Not again.. This is the first time i have my migraines back since the last attack. Stress my brain too much ? Lack of sleep ? Articles showing the causes for Migraines are :

The pain just came so sudden in the morning. It even lasted for the whole day & my eyes couldn't even open too long. Straining my eyes too much i guess.. probably its on computers which i've to use it daily. It time to rest my eyes for a day. Luckily tomorrow's a public holiday. I can really rest myself for a day without disturbance... Hope it gets better tomorrow..

After viewing the trailer from one of the sites on how much Lo HweI Yen's hubby love her & how brave this lady lawyer is, i'm really touch. At least i have not see any guys that love a gal in real life. Mostly only appears on TV. I thought its like drama.

How i wish i also have that kinda love from my love ones. Others seems to think that how deep our loves are but nobody will ever knew the efforts behind it that i'm giving. Nobody will know how hard i've been trying. How vex i'm having at times when i'm down.

I really salute to Ms Lo when i know how brave she is when she was held as hostage & how she would calm her love ones by a non-shivering voice of advice. I don't think I'll be that calm if i'm there.

Saw an accident yesterday by the roadside of the highway while on my way for dinner. Its so scary.. although i did not get to see what had actually happen during the incident but i saw the motorbike rider lying on floor with blood coming out from his mouth & others standing there guiding the traffice to move towards the left... guess they're waiting for ambulance or police to arrive. So sad.. they guy looks young.. Hope he is ok.. Concludes : Its always good to say things to your love ones before its too late...

Unexpected !!!!

Theres so much incident in life which was unexpected. Yesterday is the most unexpected ones which i encounter. The minute i heard what my boss told me, i'm shocked.

I happen to receive a call from an ex-col yesterday whom was seeking for help on some procedures due to no one to turn to for said urgency.as they're out for lunch. My boss happen to be in the office while i'm answering the call. He heard some kind of guidance that i'm giving to the caller.& leaks to his curiousity on asking who the person is. Of course, to me, i don't feel any problem or secretive, so i told him who the caller was ( I'm not going to mention who in here ).

Before knocking off from work, my boss ask whether did the caller contacted me again. I'm shock the miniute i heard the question & it came immediately to my mind is "damn it".. did he call to scold the caller or told the caller off ? Yes, i'm right.. he really call & told the caller off. Oh my god !! Why did he do that ? I can sense that its going to be a very hard time for me to get closed to my ex-col again i guess. It never ever come to my mind that my boss will do such a thing... i mean, not till the extend of calling back the caller behind me to tell him off. I'm just giving some kind of guidance as a friend. Not teaching him what to do step by step. so why the fuss ? I know my limit & know whats right & wrong for an advice given. If things thats within my limit & i can guide, i don't mind.. I understand his point of views as in i'm no longer with the company & the caller should get correct guidance from the colleagues instead since nowadays technology is that "hi-tech", but its just a guidance.. i don't see any wrong on giving guidance to a friend of mine..

Is it becos that its from the ex-co ? or is it because of the caller ? or is it that he's helping me ? I dunno... Just feel sad, fustrated of what he had done. maybe i'm wrong but i just dont feel comfortable after hearing it. It looks like he wants to turn my friendship with them sour or maybe i've think too much.. but its really such a disappointed evening that i get yesterday.. It seems like i'm too kpo on helping when one is in need of help. My friend say that my boss might have his rights .. maybe i really think too much ? :S

" Unsecure "

I've been started to be forgetful since my last ops done a yr ago. But i dunno that i'm actually that forgetful. Have plan to go NTUC to do some marketing yesterday but due to rain, we've postpone it. I've actually taken out the money from my wallet to prepare for said marketing & have forgotten to place it back to my wallet after the cancellation.

Today, i wanted to go down to our office canteen to tabao lunch. I've always a habit of flip thru my wallet to make sure there's enough $ for lunch. Therefore, after stepping out of the office, i do a check & was surprise that its empty :S .. I feel so unsecure.. haha.. cos its like you did not have any $$ to find yr way home when / if you're lost. Lucky i still have my ezlink card with me .. if not.. i thk i've to walk home.. haha.. :P..

Emergency Exit No More Safe ?

My new neighbour shifted in recently with their flat half renovation done. I thought my brother is the only odd person whom shifted in without full renovation done. Now im proven half wrong.. Why half ? Cos my neighbour is better than him. They have at least put up curtains & with necessary furnitures. Why did i mention half done. Cos they shifted in before full painting of their doors & before all their funitures arrived.

A few days ago, i saw a all the empty boxes hanging outside their house blocking the corridor & the emergency exit. Yesterday evening, i saw the portable hanger standing & blocking the emergency exit which we normally use to go down to my P-I-L house. Today, i saw stickers pasted on the emergency exit door.

The stickers is reading "DANGER"... the question is, who pasted it ? I don't think the couple pasted as they look quite well educated. Could it be the renovator or some mischievous kids ? My hubby said it might be the couple cos theres also stickers pasted on their electric & water duction doors. Oh my god !!!!.. Emergency exit no longer safe for use ? Why paste the "Danger" sticker on it ? Or is it only for their own usage ? I don't thk i saw any other exits with the same stickers ... :S

The Power Of Ah Mahs..

Was out for breakfast with hby this morning.. saw a bunch of cute ah mahs finding seats as there are five of them. Theres an empty table with 5 seats but is near the drain.. some ah mahs dislike the sitting area but some says just sit as theres no other place with 5 seaters for them. One of the ah mah's eyes were sharp enough to see an auntie sitting on a five seaters table having her breakfast & started saying loudly.. "one person sitting on a big table ? should sit smaller one mah .." The auntie look at her & was so surprise as its rather normal when you see one person sitting on a big table when you really can't find a small one while the area is packed with ppl.. Next, the bunch of ah mahs started to search again for seats.. going round around her.. The ah mahs comment never ends while searching for the seats, therefore, the auntie give up, standing & giving up the table for them. She moved towards the 5 seaters table which is near the drain .. Next, you'll see the ah mahs moving fast towards the table that they've eyed for long & heard some of them started to say .. "come.. here got place already"..

Everyone is looking at the bunch of ah mahs but none of them have any reactions.. One ah mah can't fight with one auntie.. but if theres a bunch of them, i guess even a kid will give up the seat bah.. The powerful ah mahss .. :D

Good Exercise

Last time, I've ever walk from my work place back home when i'm still living at Tiong Bahru where my workplace is around outram as its quite near. Two days ago, i meet my friend to go down jalan kilang. My friend told me its quite near my workplace so we started walking.. & yeah.. its really "NEAR".. hahaha.. Actually the walking distance is really "SHORT".. lolx.... from my workplace @ henderson to bukit merah to jalan kilang to ABC market towards anchor point down to queenstown & back home. I've never dream of walking such a long distance before in my life.. Oh god.. we're both sweating our way while returning to my place. What a good exercise.. Think i should have more of this kind of exercise since i hardly sweat .. ;P...

Cold Sores

Yes, cyst.. its been attacking me since the past years when i'm in my ex company. Doctor ever said that theres alot of causes to it. Its called Cold Sores. It can be due to heatiness, lack of sleep, stressful, cold ( due to weather whereby it changes from hot to cold to hot ) & even dusty atmostphere..

I hate this cyst attacking me cos its always attacking my lips.. Kind of disfigured.. arrhhhh.. ok. although i dont really care what others think when they see that lump doing on my lips but its really uncomfortable when you find so many ppl eyeing at you.. haha.. I've stop getting this cyst for abt 2yrs & it so happen to come back yesterday. The lump just came up with a tingling & kind of pinching feeling .. you can feel like theres heartbeat in it.. arrhhh so scary.. Luckily, this time round, its not that obvious although its abit red & abit swollen.. but its getting better today.. phew... haha.. anyway it will only survive for a wk.. hehehe.. opss.. lolx.. Just hope that it wont get worst like what i've been having in the past which resulted almost disfigured haiz....:S

Moulds

Arrhhhhh.. these are the stupid moulds hanging around my kitchen cabinet just right below the sink. It even don't look like a mould as its real hard...

Saw it when its small & i thought its ok as its just that tiny & we can just scrap away. But it ended to be conquering the whole place (both in & outside cabinet). When i touch it, its hard like stone. We can only do scrapping & nothing else. At first, my cute hby even say that its ok .. its just the silicon that came out .. my goodness, how can silicon be this colour ? or even that hard ?

After telling some of my friends, one of them mention that it might be the kitchen trap uncleared that ended the wetness inside or maybe its the piping leakage or even due to the heat as the stove is just beside it... well.. after checking, theres no choking or leakage. Just don't understand why the cabinet ended damp. I've to clean it daily to prevent the moist & its so fustrating when you see new moulds appear after scrapping the old ones.. haiz... whats happening ? Is it really the lousy contractor whom is unreachable till now ? Responsibilities .. where is it ?

Aged

Humans aged.. humans with sickness aged even faster. This is the conclusion that i have after what i've met. For a very short period of time. Last time, i've also found my late dad suddenly slim down when once i saw him coming back from work. At that point of time, i did not feel any problems & thought its either becos of less food that he consume due to his age or due to his work. Till now i still couldn't find any answer to his fast slimming.

My suspicious & curiosity went up when my fil starts to grow slimmer / thinner suddenly. In my previous post, i've mention that he was suffering from thyroid. Today, i found that he seems to age even more & thinner. My heart sours.. not sure why.. just feel sad for him. Its so surprising that such a small thyroid can cause such a big impact on one's health. This shows that its really hard to predict what will happen to one in anyday .. anytime.

3in1

Feel slight gastric discomfort this afternoon. I know its coming back. My gastric pro. Yes, its the acid fluid reacting..telling me that i've taken too much coffee. haiz.. 3In1 Coffeemix is what i will get once i feel bit sleepy at work due to the full meal taken during lunch time .. ya kinda excuse but its true.. I don't really take it daily but i still get gastric flu. Guess its due to my low metabolism.

Time to discipline myself now since i know my condition. No more coffee for me for the time being :( ... There goes my 3in1 , latte & mocha.. sob sob... Hope it recover soon so i can have them again next month ;P waiting waitng... !!

My hby's ex mgr is moving to a new flat & so they decided to give away their belove fishes.. Initially its 9 of them but due to wrong info given, 4 of them died :(


We had been wondering whether our pet arowana will kill them but we're proven wrong.. haha.. it just like to chase them... haha

Ample Slp

Yesterday was a hard day for me. Have been sneezing since morning & knock off early from work for a gd rest. Its always on a friday ever since my ex company. Not sure is it so coincidence or is it due to the weather or dusty atmostphere ( which i doubt so ). Well, whole body feeling so sick. Just wish to lie down flat immediately.. Taken one panadol ( which i hate to ) after my dinner & went to bed early at 8.30pm. I was so shock that i can eventually sleep at that time cos my normal bedtime starts only around 10plus. This shows that i'm really that tired & sick.. haha..

This morning, i wake up at 5am. mm.. can't get to sleep.. Probably its due to the early bedtime which its more than enough for me. My body is like jelly, unable to push myself out of bed then so i just lie flat staying in bed with an open eye till dawn ..:P Well, its true that i've a stubborn body huh.. will automatically sit & wake up once its time for work. haiz.. how i wish to be like some of you, continue to lie on bed till noon or more.. haha.. too bad, its just not me.

Still feeling abit cooling this morning.. or should i say i'm not fully recover ? Well, who cares.. i'll still go for my workout training as plan after work. Its the only day where i can let out my fustrations or tireness i guess.. So relaxing after the workout & steambath.. refreshes & recharged.. hehe..

I started back to my chores yesterday after a day of laziness on my special day. Its never good to leave chores behind. Its only one day & i regreted for granting myself a day off for chores. I started off with wiping the floor of dust, laundry & water refilling. The worst is the clearing of rubbish bin. Its only one day & i can see ants searching their way to hide themselves when i'm clearing it. Kinda fustration but its better to be ants than cockroaches.. haha..

Suddenly brought up to my mind. How many chores does one need to complete daily ?

Did i miss anything out ??? can't remember cos it seems uncountable chores to be done daily / weekly.. Besides above it also includes marketing ( Etc : Food & Daily Use Stuffs )

At times, i really find that i'm like a superwoman .. haha... When no one cares for it, i'll feel rather uncomfortable & my hands will starts to feel itchy... moving automatically getting stuffs done. I've even tried to test my patience once where i dont touch any of the chores which i see that nobody is touching & to my horror.. it will just lie at the same position untouch. I'll of cos be the one who clears it ultimately.. Too initiate ? Kpo ? Hardworking Or ??

Now, who actually invented household chores ? And who invented that it must be a womans' job ? If not, why we always see / hear "MARIA" but not "MARIO" ? :

Yesterday was a bad day for both of us. I got a heat up by customer & nothing better than him. We decided to go for some good food to relax outselves.. Some kind of affordable dinner since we've been having dine out the past 3 days.. muahaha..

I had my Sambal Dory Fish while he had his steak. Mm.. nice waiting for me on the food i order.. another test of my patience as the food comes after half of his steak is gone.. haha.. I'm really good at waiting huh ! ..

So happen that the table behind me is a bunch of gals celebrating birthdays with song sing.. haha.. free bday song somemore.. haha.. wat a day.

After the meal, i decided to go & shop for my shoe & lotion.. one of the shop attracted me in.. I make a round & found the pair of heel that i love.. Its always hard to get the size i want for this kind of heels & i'm glad that i found one finally. Initially i want to get more but its better to control haha cos the payer is still nobody else but myself.. :S

快不快乐

I've started to receive wishes today via sms, msn & even my friendster / facebook websites came a week before. Cool thing is ex-classmates & even ex-colleagues can still remember my big day. Its such a touching moment when i receive it. I thought i should have a peaceful day today & a great day tomorrow. But things don't always turn out its way.

Work issues starts early in the morning smashing my mood. Changes & changes which had lasted since last week. Everything finally finalize in the afternoon & i though it will come to an end. Yet not. SMS received informing that i'll be facing the 4 walls again. MSN came up bringing up my mood that 4 walls might be brought down. I though its great & there came another msn giving me a great hit. Hands stretch again. Why choose at this moment ? Why not two days later ? why not at least let me have a wonderful great day first ? Am i really that lenient ? Should i be more lenient ? Could i just ignore to be lenient ?

I'm actually very proud of myself. Cos i can talk to someone whom i hate. Someone ever say that i'm crazy, i shouldn't but to my surprise, i did.. to me, life is short & its really tired to hate someone for long. Its better to gain a friend than to have one more enermy. So just take things easy.. why not choose to forgive & forget ? But will i really forget ? After that incident i admit i can't but i can forgive.. If the person don't bring up the issue, why bother to remember it ? Is this lenient too ? Generous ? Soft hearted or ??? Maybe thats my personality which i'm born to be...

My friend ask me whether am i happy today ? I can't answer.. another friend of mine told me today that no matter what happens tomorrow, i must be happy .. & of cos, i hope i can....

Renovation

Last time i heard alot of complains from friends & relatives on how their house being dirtied due to their neighbours having renovation. I don't really know how its like when they mention but I finally got an answer yesterday. My new neighbour started their renovation this two wks & here comes my nightmare.. ya its mine & only mine. Why did i say that cos the ultimate person whose cleaning up will be me & nobody else.. :S

Its already not an unusual scene when i found dirt everyday on the clean floor after i've swept the night before. But this time round, its worst.. Cos of the renovation, my house started to be more & more dirty.. The moment i reach my doorstep, i can see my carpet is so dusty & my shoes are filled with sand bits.. Once i step in, i can feel the sticky flooring with dust... I'm wondering will the worker clean up the corridor after they've finish their reno since they had dirtied it in the first place or will they just left without cleaning & leaving it dusted with sand. ? Let me keep my fingers cross till they end their reno....

Shattered

Wake up 7 plus today to get ready for our breakfast & followed by our spa appointment. Luckily we reaches on time.. Started with milk bath, body scrub & there goes our 1 hr massage.. short & sweet.. Nice relax day for calming down ourselves after a month of stressful dayz at work.


Today's massage is abit painful to me as my tense muscles are the killing part, the therapist had put in alot of pressure on it in order to help me relax the muscles. My bones are like gonna shattered after the whole massage but glad that i feel my muscle abit relax after that haha..

Well, there's always abit of disappointment whentever i ask about our next destination or any plans for the day, cos the reply i got always makes me feel uncomfortable & even sad .. I told myself maybe the massage is too comfortable that leads to one feel sleepy / tired / too relax.. is it ? If we do not have any appointment, where will we end up at ? or will we be out ?

Anyway.. we're still looking forward to our next month's appointment ... :P

Speechless

Is my enlish that lousy or does the other party don't understand what i'm trying to tell them ? After thinking back, i find that i've been neglected alot on times either on speech or mails.

Repeating twice is already nothing to me as i've been doing that for many years. Ok i admit that my english is not that good but not to the extend where i've to repeatedly tell or elaborate to the other party what i've been saying. Especially when one does not concentrate or hear what i'm saying. I don't think that i'm a soft-spoken person. Why does humans tends to talk about something else when i'm trying to tell them something ? I'm giving up on repeating provided you've a very good reason behind it. No more excuses.. Its kind of fustrating when you're told to repeat. It means either you're not loud enough or the other party never notice that you're on a speech.

I'm speechless after so many incidents. If nobody wants to hear, i'll just shut up. Not say further nor repeat it again till the other party understands & realise that it hurts when nobody's listening to your speech. Its kinda sad. really sad when this kind of things can happen. Thought i should be the one suffering from short memory / concentration when i've got an ops last year ? How come it becomes those ppl around me ? :S

FIL

Was dragging myself up this morning due to lack of sleep last night :p. So nice to hear that my fil can be discharge from hospital today.

Had accompanied my fil to hospital for a thorough check up due to his abnormal stomachache. He had been hospitalize last year due to gastric & a few years ago due to intestine pro. Yesterday was another painful one for him. Its no joke having to wait at the A&E department where you've to queue for everything... whether its registration, consultation, x-rays, ECG, submitting urine samples & even toilets.. Theres some changes to the A&E dept since the last time i went last year ....... see, makes me think again.. ok back to the subject. Alot of patients were there waiting & some even complain on the long queue. During the long wait, my mil said to me .. "looks like alot of ppl comes here"... You wont be surprise, alot of ppl is sick & of cos there's alot of ppl when you've got to queue for so long. The earlier patient have yet to leave & new patients coming in.. how possibly could you find lesser ppl in the dept ? Well, one thing for sure, i finally found some good & polite nurse answering to patients query & needs when they're being approached. At least a good sign. Guess what, we spent a total of about 4hours plus at the department to get all his check-ups done, leaving hospital at almost 12am after settling the admission documents for my fil whom needs to stay back for observation..

Yawning all the way till we reach home.. its such a tiring & cold waiting day yesterday .... I feel so sleepy even till now.. haha .. lazy me..

Lesson

I always met passengers whom boarded buses without tapping their Ezlink card & the bus driver did not notice it. Today, a bus conductor came onboard the bus for a check. There's this lady & an indian man whom boarded after the conductor had finish checking. They might think that the conductor will not check passengers whom just boarded the bus, therefore they tried escaping the tap which too bad, i saw it. I did not report them as its none of my business .. i'm just wondering whether the conductor or driver saw them.

After a few bus stops away, the conductor went up to the driver for a chat & this indian man seems to be afraid. He went up to tap his card which caught the sight by the conductor & the driver. Later on, they mumble again & the conductor went to check on the lady. Unfortunately, she was caught, she sound surprise when the conductor told & ask her that she did not tap her card. They continue their conversation / explanation & queries while i alighted at my stop.

Its just a few cents or less than two dollars for a trip. Why save it & got yourself shameful in front of so many people ? Base on the way they dress, i don't think they are in need of money nor are they very thifty.. I think this is a good lesson to them or even to all...

今天, 跟平常一样一放工就回婆家吃饭. 到了婆家,才发现我家翁还未到家, 一定是又加班了. 正当我吃饭吃到一半时, 有阵轻盈的脚步声... 是我家翁. 他放下手上的工作包, 换下了身上的肮脏衣服, 便坐在我身旁的沙发上. 当他在脱下脚上的袜子时, 他的背后正向着我. 我望着他的身后, 看到他那头黑发又开始变得有点白.. 感觉苍老了很多, 瘦了很多. 从背后看了几眼, 越看, 越象我过世的父亲.. :'( .. 眼泪差一点儿就落下..

我又想多了吗? 还是一直不肯放下? 每当我一想到他, 脑海里就会一直出现那儿个画面... 一旦想起, 接下来的不愉快事件也会一一的出现... 尤其是那真相.. 导致很多人的不愉快 / 烦恼 / 悲痛 / 忧郁等.. 该来的,还是来了.. 为何要让我想起? 是您不放心, 要来提醒我帮你完成照顾的责任? 还是只是一个想要我的怀念? 压力又来了.. 为何又是我? 有时,我会怀疑, 是我心太软, 还是我想太多了? 很多朋友常说我脑子里不知道放了多少东西. 有的没的, 好的坏的, 都放进去. 看起来真的该整理一下.

已经一年多了.. 没父亲的日子过得如何? 成长的岁月还长.. 我只能在这儿送一句话 << 大家一起加油吧.. >> 即使没人认同, 即使没能说出, 即使有心无力, 即使 '想' 但又 '不敢' , 一句话的鼓励, 总好过没有吧.. 也许在未来的日子里, 会有认同的一天... 毕竟是无辜的. 或许人们须给予一点动同情.. 站在那儿个角度想想? .. .. .. 待续.

Speeding For Bus ?

I love car speeding but that does not applies to buses. Yesterday was another day of waiting. I waited for almost half an hour before i can board the bus. As usual, the 1st bus was packed with passengers that came down from Telok Blangah therefore, i waited for the next instead of squeezing in like what other passengers were doing. After about 20 mins later, i manage to board the 2nd bus.

I've encounter a few times where i boarded a speeding bus. Yesterday was a bad one. Theres this old malay lady boarding the bus & standing as she is alighting only two bus stops away. This driver was driving at a faster speed than usual & passengers have to pay extra attention to when / where they are alighting in order to catch up pressing the bell for bus stopping. Due to the fast speed that the bus is going, it had a sudden brake when passengers presses the bell & causes the old lady a fall from where she is standing.

I'm just wondering.. why must the driver drive so fast ? Time restraint ? We're paying for the fare & not taking the bus for free. Drivers should drive carefully or more carefully i should say when they are driving a bus cos there's alot of passengers on board & not him alone.

The Price

Whats Gamble ?
- To play games for money.
- To risk money on the result of a game / race,
- To take a wild chance.

Who created a game ? who created gambling ? who created gambler ? Why does human likes to risk their money on such games ? Humans are not god. They will never know when will the game helps them to gain profit nor will they know whether it turns likewise.

4Ds, Totos, Big Sweep, Soccer, Investments.. most common are the 4Ds & totos where you'll see lots of ppl queueing up for luck especially during weekends.. Will they really strike ? will they cover all their losses once they strike ? Have they ever thought of how much they've put in before they strike once ? You can see ppl rushing towards radio or even tv once the resutls are out. Humans nature.. when you strike once, you'll go for a second try. When one looses.. they will frown & say "Oh Shit".. When one strike, they will have a smile on their face & say "Ho Sei Liao" ( In Hokkien ) .. How many ppl actually think twice before putting a stake ? Lots of ppl will just say "oh .. its just a game not gambling" :S .. Ya true.. maybe 4Ds & totos is just a small game but some elderly do put in a big stake hoping for more..

I met a couple of incidents years back where i've seen ppl lost a few thousand in just a simple soccer game .. its like drug.. you'll be addicted to it just like smoking. Recently, i met the incident again.. this time round is also a big lost but much lesser.. One can tell you that they'll quit for sure due to the huge losses + really stop it at one end but few mths later they start again at another end .. Whats the point of asking a smoker to quit smoking for years & no response.. When you care & talk to them, they will say you're nagging & stop you as to them the nagging will scare away their so call "财神爷".. if you dont care / stop them, they will continue to play & even more fiercely.

Gamblers whom are rich can afford, Middle class or poor families might not. If one were to base on their monthly salary for the game, guess they will never upgrade. One will continue stay at their sits & never give up gambling if they always have in mind that their salary can cover back if they lost. Why can't they just give a second thought ???

Whats the price for Gambling ? I can't see much benefits in there only "IF" you've won. I thk lots of gamblers will object to what i've said. A fact is a fact, you'll never know till you've met it. God Bless..!!

La Nuit

Yesterday was a rushing day .. why did i say that cos whenever i've appointments, there's sure to be some last minute task to complete.. luckily it wasn't that much OTs that i need but just a couple of minutes more than usual. Unfortunately, i'm still late.. haha lolx.... cos i'm one whom likes to be earlier than others. ;p

Hv an appointment with my dar yesterday for dinner... we headed to Clark Quay.. Too much food choices there which make us walking a few rounds before i suggested to go to Cuba Libre.. I went there once with my ex-col & find the music there rather nice ... Food mah.. i'm not sure.. maybe depends on individual. but sure i'm not just eating egg & wedges.. of cos theres meat below the egg... ;)
Gotcha.. yummy ?? For me to know.. for you to find out.. ;P

This is just a difference to show between a good HP & a Bad / Spoilt one.. haha.. whats that spider web doing up there when we're dining down here ??? aarrhhhh too bright...

Its rather noisy yesterday cos its a friday & maybe due to Halloween.. yah.. & there's lots of people appearing around here with beautiful costumes.. You can even see ppl taking pictures & videos.

What a full meal.. our next stop is to find somewhere cool & relaxing for a drink. Therefore, we stop at Wolf Blass. Mm.. nice place where we can view the colourful scenery.. .. such a good feeling.. where you can sit down for a drink, watching the colourful lightings changing, slight cool breeze with musics form opposite..

The Morning Ride

Someone ever said a person needs at least 8 hours of sleeps daily.. or even more i guess. Some ppl can wake up early at 6am automatically or even earlier.. some will only wake up till noon. I'm an early bird & a light sleeper. I will wake up the moment the clock strikes 6 or 6.20am. Its a habit.. whether or not i set the alarm. Even if its a public holiday or weekend, the latest i'll woke up at 7 to 8am. I find that lots of ppl would rather wake up late in the morning if its a raining day or even its not.. think its also a kind of habit..

I've been visiting STOMP website every lunch time nowadays as i find some funny post inside.. theres always some posts mention about commuters eating on bus. To see is to believe... Today, i really saw it & not one but two. One is a lady whom sits right beside me munching her way and another was an army boy. God, he is wearing an army uniform.. ok.. maybe they are really that hungry .. or maybe they've overslept that they've no time to take their breakfast before work.

Different ppl hv different views.. to say eating on bus is wrong, but what about if they do not consume their breakfast ? Will they faint ? What if there's some other commuters on bus also have yet to take their breakfast but fainted as the smell of the food makes them even hungry ?

Well, its true that above dosen't concern me, i'm just curious / wondering why one would rather spent time on longer sleep than to wake up abit earlier for their breakfast ? Never give excuse of longer sleep will keep you more awake on work cos you can have an early sleep at night instead.. why having late night sleep ?
